The rooms are very clean , the beds are comfortable, the location is central to everything, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. John and Patricia went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and unforgettable. We even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit for s’mores. Loved it!!!!

Location is beyond belief, minutes walk to the lake front and central Tahoe City.
Access to sporting equipement including bikes and SUPs was awesome.
We did not get he room we reserved, but the staff was gracious (the room had to be deep cleaned due ot issue with a prior guest).

Fantastic location. Simple, clean. The host couple were super friendly and helpful. Loved their suggestions for great food. Free bikes to use were a treat.

the bed was terrible. it was broken and I had to fix it myself. Staff was not invested and dismissive. The rate was highly excessive (over $400/night) relative to quality of property. Gougers!
Bed and staff responsiveness were terrible

great location and easy walk to local restaurants
our room was so fun! very cute with awesome quirky flamingo wallpaper, crystal chandelier lamps and white feathered lamp shades, felt like retro Palm Springs, excellent coffee and real mugs! staff was very friendly and chill
lots of road noise but there were earplugs, no privacy in room with window blinds open

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect!
The jacuzzi in the tub did not work, not a deal breaker though.

Location ad friendliness of staff. Coffee was good. Very beautiful room, and upscale products.
No breakfast was served. My husband had trouble getting the tv to work. His bike was troublesome. The chain came off and he had to take mine back and get the car, and put his in the trunk. We ended up renting from a local shop.

Jack the General Manager was great, very helpful and courteous. The towels were clean and plush. The bed was comfortable.
More street noise than I had hoped.

great location. easy to walk to everything in town and right next to the lake.

I liked location and that its within walking distance of store.
Unfortunately they were under staffed but tried their best.

Location was great and staff were friendly. There were several restaurants within walking distance. There was also a grocery store and drug store in the neighboring lot. I also liked that the property was lakeside. It is an older property but I can appreciate its “charm”.
TV operation was confusing and difficult to stream channels. Blow dryer was wall mounted and did not work. Blinds in the room did not fit the window well, so there was a feeling of a lack of privacy due to the gap at the bottom of the window, and fact that there was no other window coverings.

Nother breakfast, closed the lake
It’s not good! No anyone waiting for us in the LB, Nobody cleaning up the room during the two days; when we left, I find I lost one clothes in the clothes room, I called them, and asked them for help, hope they can sent me or keep it in their place, l will bring it back next time to Lake Tahoe, but, very Very disappointed, they refused, saying that the cleaner didn't find my clothes, that's impossible, the small cloakroom is very private, there is not even a hanger to hang clothes, I put it directly on the wooden pole inside, so I will forget it when I leave. The hotel does not care about the guests, the experience is very poor, do not recommend friends to stay again......

As a woman traveling alone, grieving the death of my Mom, I felt safe & appreciated the occasional calls I received during my drive from the front desk check-in concierge. I was open about my reason for getting away and my road trip progress was slower than I expected. It was thoughtful of him to be sure I was ok on my drive. The room was perfect for me. I felt I had the peace and safety I needed in such a beautiful setting. I highly recommend this Hotel for couples. The cute heart shaped bath hot tub in the king sized bed room would be perfect for two. I love Lake Tahoe. It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. I spent many summers with my family there growing up. There’s a great deal of serenity to be found just looking out at the Lake. All kinds of shops and places to dine. A nice getaway for sure. Knowing the area, I can say that a weekend stay would have been far more crowded and the traffic tends to be a slog so bring walking shoes and park up your vehicle during weekend tourist season in the summer. The Hotel is centrally located in Tahoe City, making it easy to walk to the beach, the store, tons of restaurants and the unique shopping boutiques and art galleries near by.
Lower price to stay on week nights.

Room was great , room was clean and in a good location
We stay in room 24 and the person that lives in ( i say live because it the only room that had different curtains and a floor mat ) had her music/television on all night , we hardly got any sleep , specially the last day we were there we got only maybe 2 hrs of sleep and we had a 9 hr. drive back home . I wrote an email to them never got a response back guess they dont care 🤷🏻

location
no ice machine, no fitted sheets….. you end up sleeping on mattress by the end of the night. no extra blankets in room. for the price…. this should be a given

Room is clean
We cannot take the shower because the valve is broken.

Staff was very helpful
Pictures on booking.com were deceiving, room did not look anything like they did online.

Location and value for money
Pillows were uncomfortable, shower faucets were clunky, there were no conveniently usable electric outlets.

the location was great, walking to dinner was great being close to Jake’s restaurant is a big plus
the room is small some noise from other guests only one chair for the long table in the room

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the upgrades they made were nice. Wish we had a view of something other then the parking lot. The front desk staff was were very nice and helpful. They were great about us brining our dog which was the best part.
The hotel is right on the main road and the noise was noticeable! The TV was very confusing like nothing we've ever seen and the volume was impossible to lower, so we shut it off rather then disturb any of the guest.

Great location. Can walk to everything. Great bathroom and it's huge.
Price is a bit expensive for what you get. It's a basic moter inn.

affordable and where we wanted to be
not enough parking, and electricity was sketchy in the unit we were in.

Great location, fairly comfortable room. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and it was very nice to have a pet friendly hotel with no extra charge for the accommodation. There were several other families with pets in the property, it was lovely.
The wifi connection was horrible, which was unfortunate because I had to take a business call. I ended up using cellphone hotspot to connect to Zoom.

Extremely friendly and cordial staff, willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy and my family was comfortable.
9.0 / 10.0
Very clean and quiet. Staff was cordial and professional but not stuffy. The unit was very nice and modern. I highly recommend you go somewhere else so I have a better chance to get a room. 😊
My room didn’t have a small desk.

There wasn't much that I liked here unfortunately.
Don't waste your money here. The staff was rude, didn't provide wifi information upon check-in, other people at hotel were super loud and partying for hours with no one picking up from the front desk, when they still didn't pick up the following day they never returned my voicemail asking about the wifi password. The beach nearby is tiny and full of rocks. I don't recommend this place at all. Staff are not kind or responsive, room was super loud even at night. I even left this place early and basically wasted close to 2k.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Room was nice size and clean although plastic glasses should have been wrapped in plastic before using especially with the COVID environment. Also hand sanitizer in room would be prudent.
i
Price was way too high for essentially a motel.

Walking distance to lots of activities, restaurants, and a weekly farmers market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free parking, and they have bikes and SUPs you can check out to use for free. Close to a grocery store. In room frig.
It's right on a busy road. Fortunately I'm not a light sleeper, but for those who are be sure to use the provided ear plugs. Otherwise a good value for the money.
