Ultimate Havasu Luxury Pool Home. Looking for an easy access off street parking for up to 5 boats and 5 vehicles this is the place.
Flexibility.
This property is made up of a double air conditioned three bedroom (1 large master bedroom, a smaller master bedroom, and an addtional bedroom plus a convertible sofa in the game room) main house with its own large kitchen and its own washer and dryer.
AND a complely separate air conditioned 2 master bedroom casitas each with its own private entrance and off street parking, a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
You can rent only the main house only or just the casita or both. We have made two additional listings on this site so that you can book one or the other. Ask the owner for more information.
RV Gargage.
For an extra fee of $25 per night you will have access to 1/2 of a 24 foot 65-foot-long air conditioned RV garage. In order to rent the entire RV garage prior arrangements will have to be made as we usually have our boat or motor coach stored in half of the RV garage.
MAIN HOUSE 2567 square feet
In the main house there are 2 master bedrooms and one bedroom plus a queen size convertible sofa in the game room.
Master bedroom 1 is the larger of the two master bedroom. Features a Select Comfort adjustable king bed, double sinks, walk in oversized shower, private toilet area with bidet, and large walk in closet, a chaise lounge and TV.
Master bedroom 2 has a regular king matress, walk in closet, a TV, single sink and and a tub shower combination, a toilet with a bidet.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds or they can be converted to one king. The bathroom is right across the hall and has a single sink, a toilet with bidet, and a tub shower combination. This bathroom also has a door out to the patio/pool area.
Large kitchen table seating for 8, food preparation island, and lots of counter space. Dishwasher, microwave, electric range with oven, refrigerator/freezer with an additional refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room. Large walk-in pantry, small baking oven, complete coffee bar with Kehrig coffee maker, and expresso machine.
The great room has a large couch area with seating for 6 with 4 electric recliners, coffee table with elevated table option, big screen TV, DVR, stereo system which plays to the patio area. 2 large child proof french doors to the outside patio, and a propane fireplace.
The laundry comes with two large capacity washer and dryer with counter storage, cleaning supply closet, laundry baskets, and step ladder. The second refrigerator mentioned above is locate in the laundry room together with a separate ice maker.
Game room has a full-size pool table, foosball table, 12-foot shuffleboard table, chess/game table, convertible sofa, big screen TV with door leading to the patio/pool/spa area.
The very private no neighbor patio/pool/hot tub area with all travertine deck has a 6-foot-deep heated pool/propane or heat pump with Baja style shelf and in pool table with umbrella, outside shower, large built in elevated 10-person hot tub with lake view, covered patio with 4 ceiling fans with professional installed mister system, patio table seating for 6, outdoor couch, lounge chairs, extra-large covered and lighted BBQ area with 40" propane BBQ, side burner, and built in cooler. Putting green and dog run area. The entire property is professionally landscaped with professional installed accent lighting.
The level parking area in front of the main house can easily accommodate a 40-foot boat, motorhome, or truck and trailer. The 35-foot-deep garage is double wide with a 10-foot electric garage door and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles or up to a 28-foot boat and trailer and 2 vehicles. The garage comes with a sink. The garage also has the water softener, 2 water heaters that serve the main house, and an RO system. In the garage there is also an inversion table. EV charging 50 amp.
CASITA 1000 square feet
The casita offers 2 master bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 comes with a king size Select Comfort adjustable bed, a large walk-in open style shower, a private toilet area with bidet, double sinks, extra towel storage cabinet, and a large walk-in closet. Master bedroom 2 comes with a king bed, shower/tub combination, single sink, toilet with bidet, and a sliding door mirrored closet.
Kitchen family room area has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and over combo, microwave, and dishwasher. Electric recliner sofa with elevated table seating for 4 and big screen TV. Large capacity washer and dryer in the RV garage with water softener, and RO system.
The casita has a very private travertine decked covered patio with ceiling fans, landscaped, and an 8 person above ground hot tub.
The RV garage is a very easy access 24 feet wide and 65 long with three AC units. 2 class A45 foot motorhomes can fit side by side with full hookups including sewer, water, and 50-amp electrical service for the coach or to be used to charge EV. The front electric garage door is 20 feet wide and 14 feet tall. The RV garage also has a rear electric garage door which is 12 feet wide and 10 feet tall. The off-street level parking area can easily accommodate a 40-foot boat or a 28 foot truck and trailer with room for 4 other vehicles. Contact owner for daily rental cost for boat or RV storage.
