We recently stayed at this beautiful spot in Santa Cruz, and it was the perfect retreat for a relaxing staycation! The place was incredibly well-organized & kid friendly, making it easy to feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and convenience, making for a stress-free experience. One of the highlights was the fireplace in the patio. It created such a cozy atmosphere, especially in the evenings when we could just relax, cook outdoors and enjoy some quiet time. The warmth from the fire really added to the overall comfort, making the space feel incredibly inviting. The hot tub was another fantastic feature! It was tucked away in a private area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I spent hours soaking in the tub, enjoying the peace and quiet, and it was truly one of the most relaxing parts of the stay. Overall, this staycation provided the ideal balance of comfort, warmth, and relaxation. Whether you’re looking to cozy up by the fire or enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub, this Santa Cruz spot has everything you need for a peaceful escape. Owners have put a lot of thought & effort with a lot of attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone needing a little rest and recharge.

The house is just like all the pictures and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Property shows the owners take pride in this property. Kitchen is equip with high quality pots and pans. BBQ is great and we used the jacuzzi everyday. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The owners are easy to contact and we loved our weekend visit.

We had a great stay at this well designed, stylish and still comfy place in a good location on a quiet street. We especially loved the outdoor space and open kitchen, living room, and dinning design. We’re sure to come back!

Great location close to Boardwalk, beaches & restaurants. Home was very clean & well stocked with everything you'll need. Host was very accessible and responsive!

We loved 95% of everything about this stay and we will be back. The vibe and location and design details were great!! Two suggestions: pls leave a print out of the instructions for check out & also maybe leave a swifter or similar for guests to go over floors (we found the floors not as clean as we like, our white socks collected a lot of dirt even on the first night … we normally prefer to take off shoes at home, but unfortunately could not here )

Loved our stay here! The house was so clean, great amenities and hosts were great at communicating. They were nice enough to even let us have a group over to get ready for a wedding and brought us farm fresh eggs! Definitely recommend this beautiful home

Comfy beds, great amenities and friendly host. There is parking in the driveway. The hot tub is great, we enjoyed our stay.

I did a weekend at this property with my spouse and another couple (and their 1 year old). It was the perfect layout for our group. The place was extremely clean and the outdoor area was ideal for lounging around all weekend. It is a short walk to the beach which made it easy, too. I highly recommend this rare modern spot in Santa Cruz!
