The apartment was very clean and had really comfy beds
All the walls could do with a re paint that was the only thing everything else great

Good location close to shops and attractions we were visiting. Excellent communication from host, responded straight away. Lots of space on apartment and very cean. Nice to have tea and coffee provided.
Only minor issue as a family of 5 couldn't sit together at dining table as only 4 chairs.

Booking says we will be met at property if we arrive before reception closes. We arrive and noone is at reception. We call a number and I am reprimanded by the voice on the end of the line for not checking my text messages or answering my phone (I had obviously been driving). This is not the way to treat guests.

DON’T BE PUT OFF BY THE AREA! The area is very industrial but the apartment is not. Space inside the property was huge! Comfy furniture and was reasonably clean and tidy. Property needed some touch ups here and there but nothing terrible.

It was a great place to stay for us big rooms kids loved it. Morrisons 2 mins away only thing was never met any staff

Beautiful spacious apartment right close to lots of amenities. Great communication from staff and Jess was very helpful. Would highly recommend

The place was great but i think it could do with some maintenance. The paint in the 2nd bedroom and the bath seals gone so it leaks. But these didn't spoil our stay

Aparatment is large, nice and it is in a good location. However there are some problems which I communicated to the host yet received no reply.
1. Wifi is too weak to stream or taking video calls. TV remote also doesn't work properly to allow the smart functions to properly work
2. Oven isn't extremely slow. Getting to tempeature takes at least 30 mins so trying to cook dinner after work is a very long process.

Excellent comms up front and easy check in. Apartment was lovely, clean and warm.

Don't be misled by the name "Waterview", there is no water view, especially if you are on the lower floors.
The rooms are spacious and bright, however some of the sheets were stained, and so were the coffee mugs because there is no dishwasher.
The view from our windows led to a parking lot of a joinery.
The advertise the place as having free parking, however there are only 3 spots (for 8 apartments I think) and no permits are given so nothing to stop other people from parking there. Since we could not find a space, we had to park a few minutes walk away and move the car as it was only free till 8am.
Reception is in the front of the building while the entrance is in the rear so it is quite inconvenient having to do a back and forth.
Book this place if you are on a budget, although I paid a steep price owing to the current demand but I don't think I will stay here again.

The host was fantastic, she was very helpful, but the location and quality of the accomodation wasn't great. It didn't help that we only got there at 10pm and the area didn't seem too safe, especially with two young children.
The apartment wasn't the same as the picture, it didn't have curtains and the walls were marked all over. The shower was blocked up and allowed us just a couple of minutes before we had to switch it off to save the water going over the edge of the base. The bottom few tiles of the shower were in need of repair a new grout.
That all being said the beds were comfy and the kids loved the big tv in the morning! The host came out late to let us in and she was very pleasant to deal with.
