The Space:
Experience unparalleled luxury in this architectural masterpiece by the renowned Zoltan Pali, situated on a private road with sweeping views of the Los Angeles skyline. This newly reimagined rental features 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and an array of high-end finishes throughout.
As you enter, you're greeted by a stunning water feature and bronzed mirror glass walls that perfectly frame the breathtaking cityscape. Inside, the home is adorned with exquisite furniture from RH Modern and local artists, creating an ambiance of refined elegance.
The spacious living area boasts a large smart TV and a piano, perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. The high-end furniture complements the sophisticated design.
Automated shades throughout the home provide convenience and privacy at the touch of a button. The outdoor area features RH Modern furniture and sun loungers, creating an inviting space for soaking up the California sun. Each bathroom is fitted with Kohler Karing smart toilets, ensuring the utmost in comfort and technology.

The entire property is available to my guests, except for the owner's personal closet and garage.
The Neighborhood:
The home shares a neighborhood with some of the worlds most famous athletes, directors, actors and musicians. Although we would never mention any names a few of them would be your neighbors.
Getting Around:
No public transportation. Uber or rental is a must. This property is located on a private road at the highest point of Beverly Hills. Luxury fleet rental available upon request. Complimentary airport drop-off in brand new Black Mercedes 12 passenger Sprinter. (Based on availability. Peek season may affect*)
This property is located at the highest point of the city although you do not have to worry about driving up windy roads to get there. From coldwater or sunset, you take Loma Vista Drive which is a beautiful wide newly paved road. The property is located on a private dead-end road and you will only see a handful of cars passing the property on any given day. This property is the epitome of tranquillity.

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. Unauthorized photos shoot, film shoots, social media shoots, or any type of commercial activity will be charged at a minimum of $10,000 per day and content will be unauthorized.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
6) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
7) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
8) Hot Tub: Never leave children unattended near the hot tub. No lifeguard on duty. Do not have glassware near the hot tub areas. If glass is found in the hot tub, you will be charged a $1000 fee. We provide plasticware for use near the hot tub. Please do not throw away the plasticware; wash them by hand and store them away.
Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
Cleanliness: During COVID-19, we increased our cleaning to include wiping down all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional-grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance. We ensure all door handles and high-touch areas are given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings inside the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say these standards exceed CDC recommendations.
When you are departing the property, please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If found, items will be shipped back at the guest's expense plus a $50 service fee.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion-sensored and is active during guests' stay.
