The rooms are located very close to main historical attractions in the city. They're very clean, spacious and comfortable. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful ! Recommended, I will stay there again for sure if I decide to come back to Cagliari. 😊

Location plus we were treated by Ginni the owner who was very helpful regarding parking. Davide who looks after the property was especially helpful with some good recommendations regarding restaurants. Overall a great experience and highly recommended

Price is a bit too high? I don’t know the average price in Cagliari though, I just think it’s quite high comparing with my other stays in Europe.

Clean room, 5-10 min walk to the center

The location was close to the epicenter of dining, shopping and touring in the city. Our room overlooked the Roman ruins and it was quiet, comfortable, clean and very attractive. Davide, the proprietor, could not have been warmer and more generous. After learning of my birthday, he left a local bottle of wine and 2 glasses for my husband and I to celebrate. He was very informative and helpful from the first moment we met him. He was the epitome of a Top 10 host. The building has an antique elevator which works like a charm. Quiet and smooth ride. For breakfast we were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby local cafe. Delicious cappuccinos, pastries, juices, and sandwiches in plentiful amounts. And again the cafe owner was friendly and generous.

The only challenge is street parking which can be difficult to find. Davide gave us his parking spot after searching for a spot on a Friday night at dinner time, which Davide warned us was going to be difficult.

Davide who is in charge of welcoming you will take care of you and give you precious advices in order to make your stay in Cagliari a pleasant and memorable experience ! The hotel is itself a great place in a historical environment and very close to the heart of the city on foot

Amazing place for turists directly on the cener. Everything (all attractions in the historical part of the city ) is on hand. the owner is very helpful and friendly, the accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is perfect. If I ever return to wander around Sardinia and the city of Cagliari, I will definitely choose Colibri prestige rooms to sleep in.

The excellent location and a very kind and helpful receptionist

Very clean, close to the centre but at the same time very quiet. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable. Staff super!!! Always willing to help, give advice. 11 out of 10.

Even though they are less than 5 minutes walk from the city main street where you can find all of the pubs and restaurants, Colibri Prestige Rooms are located in a quiet area with free parking in front, a thing you can rarely find. And is just on the border of the ZTL. So, outside of it, no worries for getting a fine (multa). Davide, the guy from behind the accomodation desk, was very helpful and responsive. Thank you again!

Nice b&b on the 3rd floor of a building very close to the city center and the pedestrian area. The size of the room and bathroom was good, everything was new and clean and tastefully furnished. We particularly enjoyed the electric tea kettle and the water pressure in the shower. We used also the shuttle for the airport, very convenient. The staff was very kind, they always answered to our requests very quickly. We had an early check in without any problem and the driver of the shuttle was very punctual. Strong wi-fi

The insulation from the other rooms was not the best, but it depends on the other guests, unfortunately

Great location overlooking roman ruins. Quiet. Cagliari is colourful and full of life. A very interesting and exciting place to wonder around. Something always happening. The city is full of vitality. The student population helps.

Nicely furnished modern rooms in the 3rd floor of an old tenement, friendly welcome, quiet street close to Corso Emanuele and Piazza Yenne. Shuttle to the airport.

After check-in (by appointment only) virtually no service. No drink on site, the advertised minibar being unplugged and empty. Electric kettle at hand, but no coffee powder, etc.

Location is incredible. Comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Privacy between rooms is minimal, but ok if you have ear plugs. Parking could be an issue in peak season (we stayed in October and managed to get street parking, though).

The location is perfect, walking distance from the main (and very lively) pedestrian street that has a bunch of bars and restaurants, but still quite for a good night's sleep. The staff were receptive, communicative, courteous and spoke great English. The room is very comfortable and new with also a brand new AC unit so it's very silent. Seeing as we spent our days on the beach, having a nice bathroom with a big shower was important and we were very happy with that.

We could hear the TV from the room next door well into the night (I think the TVs are all screwed to the wall so it's easy for sound to reach the next room). That was the only downside, everything else was wonderful.
