About this Space:
Your family deserves such an amazing home for this vacation! When you think of a perfect large luxury space for your entire family to create lifetime memories,
look no further than our aptly named Padre Beach House a truly iconic 3 level home. Renovations are this home were completed as of Jun 2024 top to bottom no expense
spared. When you think of what a beach renetal should look like in a movie, this likely qualifies as that dream. Breathtaking white quartz waterfall counters, wine fridge, massive
appliances, and just a ton of open space to enjoy in and out! Everyone can fit by the pool too!

What we Love:

*Treat your family to a VIP selection that in and of itself will make for the best experience possible

*Location - beach side or east of Padre Blvd, 1 block to grocery store, 2 blocks to entertainment, 1/2 a block to the beach! It's a "10" perfect
Park your cars and you are done. No need to drive as location is so great!

*Multiple levels for some privacy & space, yet, also a majorly huge kitchen/living room common area with front porch where the entire fam can hang

*Private, heated pool with nice backyard. Sun loungers, covered cabana area with luxe seating, plus a sweet gas fire pit for some night time fun, please note that there is a $25 per day fee to heat the pool and you must have the heat turned on the entire time of the day and if the temperature is under 65° it is unlikely the pool will heat well.

*Tons of bedding. This property correctly maximizes sleeping space without feeling cramped.

*Outdoor gas grill for BBQs, or a fully equipped kitchen ready for true meal preparations including a commercial fridge & wine fridge

*New, fresh renovations. This is not a beat up rental in any way - it is clean & ready

*4 full bedrooms, a loft, plus an office with desk with fold down bed for a total of 6 bedrooms
*Less than 1/2 a block to the beach. Partially shaded cabana for those senstive to the sun

*All bed linens, blankets, towels, provided. Drop luggage & groceries & you are Margarita ready
*Exact bedding is broke down below - no surprises.
*The kids will adore the loft with the slanted step ladder
*Plenty of Space if you have relatives or friends that will eventually get on your nerves to ditch em' while not leaving :)
While this home features a 5 gar garage, only 2 spaces are alotted for guest use, plus 4 parking spaces in the driveway

Understand on the clearly detailed bedding below what you are getting. There are not 24 beds of course.

*No pets are allowed
*No parties * No Smoking * No loud noises at any time
*No "get togethers" with people not registered as guests. We are required to evict if this happens
*Max is 4 vehicles outside, and 2 in the garage. If you have more than that, they may not park here

While this home is not beachfront, though located less than half a block to the beach.

*We provide a great gas BBQ grill outside, but do not provide LP gas. Please bring tank if you plan to use
*Home requires use of stairs. No bedrooms nor living space is on the ground floor.
*Pool you must access from outside the home around the house. There is no access from within the garage nor home

If using the fire pit in back yard, please use caution with young children of course

Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre blvd 78597, the #1 rated company on the net on reviews. We provide a
professional cleaning & inspection for discerning tastes. This home comes with a very basic starter of trash bags, dishwasher pods, and guest
ammenity soaps- if you are coming multiple days plan accordingly as these suppplies are not unlimited nor replenished

Please - do NOT book this $1.5 mil home until you read and agree to all house rules. Failure to do so will not make us pliable to later cancels and
refunds - we have a strict cancel policy so please do so to avoid any later disappointments. Our City of South Padre Short Term rental license is
availably upon request. You must complete a docusign rental agreement with proof of age (State or Federal Issued ID) required.

Which in that count includes the loft, office space (bedroom) and four full bathrooms. Sleeps 24 with couch in living room. You may not have more people wihtout exception this is the max

The Palm Room is the Master bedroom has a king bed and a provided air mattress – sleeps four with en-suite bathroom and a 55” smart Tv and 30’ private balcony. -

The Pineapple Room is a queen bed and sleeps two with a balcony overlooking the pool and a smart TV. -

The Seahorse Room is a full over full bunk with a twin trundle, and a balcony overlooking the pool and a smart TV. Sleeps 5 -

The Sea Turtle room is a full over full bunk with a twin trundle and a smart television. Sleeps 5

-The Surf Loft has a gangway stair to access. It has a full over full bunk with a trundle and sleeps five. -

The Dedicated Private Workspace has a wall mounted workspace and a queen bed in a fold out console. Sleeps two.
