Not a bad property but on a noisy street. Needs sound proofing.

Clean, comfortable.
Desperately need blackout curtains, or an additional layer installed - huge amount of light penetrates room when trying to sleep. I had to hang towels etc to get some sleep. There is a dust issue that seems linked to the aircon, which is inefficient. Two things which could be easily remedied to make this somewhere I would happily recommend.

Safe street access & lift. Very clean, spacious & modern refurbished rooms. Bed & pillows excellent. Hi quality appliances & linen. Good water pressure in shower. Kind & courteous staff especially Kevin at reception who was also very thorough & professional. Great affordable location near shops & transport. Only slight inconvenience was a slow wifi. Would definitely stay again & refer to family & friends.

The One bed room unit i stayed in was modern and clean. A nice size unit for singles or couple travellers .Walking distance to restaurants, shops, transport, sight seeing, Adelaide Oval, The mall, night life, basically close to alot places. I recommend Mansions on Pulteney very highly.

The Mansions is a great place to stay specially for long periods it ticks all: Extremely Private Place, best location and above all comfort 100% will be back and stay there, price is very reasonable for what you get, front line staff feels like are trying to do their best to make you feel welcome, but I loved the convenience you can cook or grab take away

Well located for what we wanted to do. Walk safely around city of Adelaide, catch public transport. visit Art Gallery, Library, Museum, the river, Botanical Gardens and Adelaide Oval for the AFL. Our room was excellent!

Property had a refurb since I ast stayed. Quality fitout kitchen and bathroom. New avant guard furnishings, and a bed just like home. Plenty of pillows, nothing was too difficult for the staff to handle

Duty manager must us feel very welcome, location perfect as we could walk to the CBD easily. Parking was good, and we could see our car from our accomodation as the carpark as right opposite our suite.

Fantastic property in an ideal location for those wanting to be right in the heart of the city. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping right on the doorstep. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly with check in quick and easy. Will definitely stay again!

Property was in the CBD.
The property was dust,dirty and old.Started having hayfever and asthma issues shortly after we arrived.We called both the property manager and Expedia and no one was willing to help resolve this.I had to endure severe hayfever and asthma throughout my stay and was told to stay till after Xmas which was literally after our holiday.My son who just recently started crawling had to be confined to the cot as the carpets didn’t look clean at all.Not to mention the air conditioner which had so much dust and would make my allergies worse if we switched it on.I am very disappointed with my experience and will never use your services again.
