Upon arrival, I was told the their was no room, as they oversold. I can wait or cancel a booking. But if I choose to wait, I will have to wait 1-2 hours before they clean the room.

Didn’t have a good stay. No plug in sink, shower broken. Unable to turn radiator down. Broken iron. No mirror in bedroom. Dirty sheets.

It was half the price of the premier inn across the road and every bit as comfortable. After a long day I only want a comfortable sleep. Nice stay will use again.

The property is quite old and not maintained too well. We were given a room with paint peeling off the bathroom walls and floors creaking badly when you walk. The rooms were clean but the property isnt maintained well

Unfortunately, this hotel is only worth it if the double room price is under £40/night. It definitely needs refurbishment on all levels to be worthy more.

Stayed whil

The young man behind the desk was very polite when I first arrived. But soon as i walked into my room it was red hot me and my partner couldn't get no sleep. The room smelt like cannabis, then i come to find someone had actually smoked it in there as there was Ash and tobacco on the window cill. Photos to prove this! This just proved the room wasn't clean as those window cills should be disinfectant! The hair dryer didn't work, the amount of noise from other guests was terrible. Banging arguing and shouting to all hours. Me and my partner left a day early even though we had booked and paid for two nights.

We booked a double room to be told whe we got there they only had twin rooms left. All throughout the night there was a high piched soud every few minutes.
