We purchased three nights and left after the second. Our room was not as advertised!! Can you call it a “one bedroom condo” when there is no door on the bedroom? Our room was just two old motel rooms with the door removed between and a kitchen area installed on one side. Disappointing. There was dried snot on the wall of the bathroom. The blinds are in such bad shape they can’t swivel open and close, only pull up and down with lots of effort. Lighting is horrible. I banged my head on the poorly placed over head light in the kitchen. Outlets are minimal. There is only one outlet in the kitchen and it’s located behind the sink. There are no available outlets by the bed to charge your phone at night. You have to pull the bed out to get to the outlet behind it. And the only TV to watch was direct TV. Not even a smart TV. Staying there was like stepping back in time.

Our suite smelled like molded pepperoni pizza, there is no hair dryer, iron, dirty clothing bag or full size mirror. The wall dispensers in the shower were completely empty. The room had no phone, neither of the tv's worked, in fact, they wasn't even plugged into the wall or cable outlet. There was a small square thing attached to the top of the tv, still not sure what that was but it definitely appeared to be a camera but I can't be 100% sure. The sofa was dirty with what appeared to be a "snot" smear (we all know what this most likely was). It all looked really good online but definitely not as portrayed. They did allow me to cancel my second night so that's about the only good thing about the whole stay.

Amazing staff.

We did not stay at the Oak Ridge lodge! The room that was assigned to us had a horrible odor in it! It smelt like a stale greasy gas station! We called the front desk to ask for a different room. The young lady that was at the front desk had just worked a double shift and was only an employee there for a week. She was unable to figure it out in a short time, so we went to the lobby. She had a lot of trouble trying to figure out the computer system, so called A co-worker for assistance. She still was unable to access the system to find us a different room. She then asked if we could stay around 30 minutes longer until the next shift started so they could assist us. At this time we chose to go find another place to stay. Since leaving the establishment, we called and asked for a refund through hotels.com right and they reached out to you the Oak Ridge Lodge which refused to reimburse us for our stay. They stated it was due to the fact that it did not follow their cancellation policy. We did not cancel, we were not given any customer service to find accommodations that were suitable! We showed up, checked in, and we're not given a room that we were willing to stay in.

This property is suitable for an overnight stay or a week! Very spacious, feels like you’re at home. There are a lot of walkable places close by including the Outlet Mall.

This was our second stay at Oakridge. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the staff and even the guests were all so nice. We all mingled in the pool area. It was just a family-friendly atmosphere.

Traveled with family, one child. Quick check-in, easy to find; two elevators, clean, extremely soft beds, nice pool, easy parking. We will stay here again if we are in the area.
