Wow, what an amazing place to stay. For any big Game of Thrones fans the rooms look out on to Kings Landing.
The communication was superb from the booking through to check-in and departure. Sea Rocks arranged our transport from the Ferry Port and also to the airport for our return journey home. They regularly sent us updates regarding our check-in and the lady who showed us to our room was lovely.
We had the largest room which is on the top floor. It was huge with views across the Adriatic sea. There was a mini fridge which we would help ourselves to at no extra cost and they even left us some fresh flowers, a welcome card, a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit.
The bed and bedding was by the far the best of all the places we stayed. The accommodation is just outside of Pile Gate but you don't hear any noise at all.
There is a communal room in the basement where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks etc throughout the day.
We saw so many people within the walls lugging suitcases up and down all the stairs - if you stay here you won't need to do this at all. We really cannot recommend this place enough. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

The best location, right outside the Pile gate, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Andrea is so sweet and professional, we were able to check out later which was greatly appreciated. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The 24 hour snack room for water etc is invaluable for travelers. Highly highly recommend, we hope to come back with our family. It was magical

The room had a fruit plate waiting for me and the property offered free daily access to a rich snack/coffee bar. I felt pampered. I especially appreciated that the host, Andrea, let me keep the room till 4 pm on my departure day (check out time was still 11am) since the next guest announced a late arrival.

We enjoyed the terrace with big comfy chairs and great views next to our room, the lovely room amenities and toiletries, and lounge with stocked breakfast food, coffee, and snacks. We also appreciated the complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks. Even though the location is next to a busy plaza adjacent to the old city gates, the Sea Rocks is beautifully designed for a very quiet and peaceful respite from the the hustle and bustle. Overall a wonderful experience, well priced and lovely accommodations.

Amazing. Andrea is lovely, let us stay later in the room as we had a late afternoon flight. Also received flowers and chocolates on my birthday which was an unexpected surprise. Sadly had to leave the flowers behind. Highly recommend

We stayed at Sea Rocks recently and found it to be an exceptional boutique hotel. It was located in a perfect position with a view that took our breath away, close to the old town and beaches. Staff were discreet and friendly and helped us with our luggage when we arrived. The only negative I can think of is the pillows on our bed. One was a big Euro square, the other a harder smaller pillow, I would recommend a standard sized pillow for ultimate comfort. All in all though, it was a wonderful place to stay

Incredible private terraces overlooking the harbor near the Fort, but best of all was the hospitality of Sea Rocks Residence. Our host Andrea was friendly, helpful, and took pride in making sure her guests were satisfied. Great experience! Don't hesitate in booking. You won't be disappointed!

Downstairs coffee all included 24 hours a day. Always meticulously attended to. Nikolina from housekeeping ironed clothes and kept room spotless. Air conditioning was on the blink in one room couple of days but was resolved by comping our parking. The outdoor patio with lounge chairs and wonderful view was a centerpiece of daily conversations and relaxation. This was one of the best experiences of our lives. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place right at the edge of the old town. We have been at a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels and I can confidently say that this place is outstanding. Welcoming, great attention to detail and a quiet oasis only a minute away from the pile gate. Perfect 4-night stay! We will be back.
