Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Location and facilities are a big plus. Staff are on hand to provide a professional service at all times. I would definitely stay again.

Awful. No fridge. Charge for everything.wont go there again. Expedia need to start checking there hotels more carefully.

The property has extremely rude staff, no tea or coffee in the room considering the fact I am kind of person who doesn’t wake up for a free breakfast they could have done better instead they told me wake up for the breakfast tomorrow and have tea or coffee their, WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms, no basic hotel facilities, have to ask for house keeping 10 times, very bad experience don’t recommend to anyone even if it’s for free. I happened to visit in a busy season with no last minute availability to change my hotel else I would have. For two days the safe wouldn’t work after reminding them 15 times the technician came to fix it, they don’t provide iron which can be understandable with their hotel policy however the way they speak is disrespectful, most staff doesn’t speak or understand English, during you stay all you would feel is you are stuck with them because you have paid them

Fantastic. Location 5*, staff 5*, clean and immaculate gardens with plenty of space, pool and area spotless. Lunch and diner delicious! Turkish delights with the local dishes. Great entertainment

On Main drag did not have to go to far to be in the thick of things, ideally suited for those holiday makers not wishing to wander far.

Enjoyed my stay at this Hotel and it was near to all the bars, shops and restaurants. My only observation would be to improve the selection for breakfast with a bigger choice of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for you.

I email the hotel before arriving to get top floor room but got a ground floor room with a wall of the balcony hot good for wet swimming gear did get a move the next day (a day working out of suitcase)

Decent hotel, off corner of main shopping / restaurants centre. Ideal for nice relaxation spot with family. Decent swimming pool. Rooms are good quality. Buffet could be better as it was the only let down.

The hotel looks a bit more like a resort, and it it is very nice, with a well kept garden. Arriving late at night, tired, we were given a room, though, which was pretty small, had quite old furnishing, small old bathroom, and was facing the ac piping of the next door hotel and the mountain on the side. Pretty cheap... It was ok for two nights, but I would never stay there any longer than that. Breakfast was really great, with lots of choices and good ingredients. Cleanliness is well taken into consideration, but I found the top of a glass vial on the bathroom floor. I did not report it the morning we left as we just decided to leave. One annoying thing is written in the brochure of the hotel rules, which you find in the room, that says that if you bring food or drinks from outside you will be charged at the end of your stay (we guessed they must find leftovers or empty packages when they clean?). It’s written that it is for hygienic reasons, which sounds a bit offending towards the guests.

No working Internet. Asked management and got the answer ’that it is not guaranted’. IF you need to work and check your mails do not chose this hotel.

nice hotel near beach and shopping...good price w brealfast but could use some laundry softener for the towels (they were too hard).
