The first floor sets the stage for entertainment and relaxation with a versatile bonus room featuring a comfortable futon couch that has linens to accommodate 1 person to sleep on, a modern TV, a convenient mini fridge, and a half bath. It's the ideal space for unwinding after a day of exploring the bay or simply enjoying some downtime with your loved ones.
Venture up to the second floor, where the heart of the home beckons with a beautifully designed living area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living area boasts brand-new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa for additional guests, and offers panoramic bay views that provide a stunning backdrop for your stay. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your getaway. An additional half bath on this level adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay.
Ascending to the third floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat with spectacular bay views.
