We loved the location. It was very quiet and peaceful. The boys loved the big pool

There were some things that needed attention to the condo. There was mildew in the shower around the edges. There was mildew/mold on the ceiling by the vent in bathroom as well. We found little rubber ponytail holders on the floor in master bath and bedroom which made us wonder how well the floors were cleaned. There was a bad odor in the fridge. We bought a box of baking soda to put in there to help with that. The guest bathroom had the towel rack missing with small damage to wall and a picture missing above it. This was not an issue we had but wanted to make sure owners are aware. We took a pic of it just to be sure. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful location on the bay/private beach. Very nice pool/ It is unfortunate that I was unable to access because of a missing pool fob (every unit should have) Management failed to provide after multiple phone calls/ attempt to obtain to be able to utilize. If a unit maintained by Vacasa stay clear. They were great at apologizing but never resolved the issue. FAIL!

Cleanliness- room was dirty upon check in. Floors dirty/ hair throughout unit/ dirty commode in spare room. Hair on ice maker (ice maker didn't work) Mold in master shower. This unit needs a deep cleaning! Poor management/communication to resolve issues- 🥲

No breakfast at facility. It was a quiet place.

Floors were nasty. Needs to be mopped. Room was not cleaned by 400pm. We had to leave condo after cleaning crew showed up. Condo had damage to fridge. Walls needed painting. Rug dirty. Furniture dirty. no beach access. No gym.

Beautiful well maintained

I didn't like the fact that I called the rental agency and Ms Melissa told me to come to the office to get a trash bag or stated their was a family dollars I could pick it up from. Mms Melissa doesn't know she was speaking with. And those wouldn't allow me to sleep

Love the Condo! it was clean and spacious.

We called for maintenance to replace lights in Microwave over the stove, but they never came. The floor needed to be mopped desperately. Our feet would be pure black on the bottom every time we walked across it barefooted. The property no longer has access to the Private Beach we were told by the rude Manager of the Sheridan next door and he longer allows you to fish on the docks except for in the first few feet of the walkway which is to shallow to fish in. Then he came by making rude remarks and laughing saying “you want catch any fish there”. Extremely RUDE man!!

we love Reflections at Bay Point, this was our sixth time staying in different units in the building.

Well I wasn’t fond of the black mold in the only working bathroom. The second bathrooms tub didn’t work at all. now move on to the trashed ripped up furniture. I’m sure it was nice at some point but this unit needs a thorough scrub done and some updated decor. the small bedroom had FOUR lamps, a ceiling fav and four dusty fake flower arrangements. i felt like I was back at Grandma’s house. Neither of the beds had mattress protectors….guess how I know? i had to wash the sheets due to a pee stain and makeup (not mine) on the sheets. i would never stay here again, or use Booking.com.

It’s in a lovely location with beautiful views, it’s spacious, and the pool was delightful.

It wasn’t cleaned very well and it smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke. The condo was organized rather thoughtlessly: a closet without hangers, no trash bags, bath and hand towels scattered in various places around the condo. The balcony was really dirty unfortunately.
