Ideal family house with ocean views, ducted aircon. Light filled home with spacious kitchen at heart of the house. Open plan living. Front balcony with ocean views. Covered entertainment deck in the back, generous back yard with amazing kids play equipment adjacent to neighbouring park. Free WIFI, smart TVs. Stroll to beach and Watonga Street cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops. Seven minutes drive to downtown Port Macquarie.

Upstairs has entry way that leads to open plan lounge, large modern kitchen with gas oven and dining. Out the back an outdoor entertainment deck with large dining table and comfy outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms down the hallway and one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large room with queen bed and king single, with an theatre style smart TV. Adjacent is a traditional style second bathroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in converted garage space.

The house has ducted aircon in bedrooms plus an extra aircon in the family room.
