With ample room for up to 10 guests, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a large internal access garage for parking, or storing bikes, sports gear etc.
The living area boasts beautiful lake views which can be enjoyed while relaxing in the warmth of the gas-fire.
The outdoor entertaining area provides the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ, or to sit back and take in the view with a coffee from the Nespresso machine.
The back yard is fully fenced and is equipped with a kennel/cage. If you would like to bring your dog with you, you must discuss this with us before booking. There is a pet-fee/bond required - and the property may not suit all dogs.
The bedding configuration is. Master bedroom with ensuite: 1x Split-King Bed (this bed can be made as 2x Singles). Second bedroom: 1x King. Third bedroom: 1x King. Fourth bedroom: 1x set of Single Bunks. Living area: 1x Double Sofa-bed (best suited to 1 adult OR 2x small children only). If you require the King-Split bed to be made as 2x Single beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.
The house has central heating to keep you toasty in the cooler months. Master bedroom has a heatpump/air-conditioning unit.
The main bathroom has a shower and spa-bath for soaking at the end of the day. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet, plus an additional separate toilet in the internal garage. The laundry has a washing machine and drier.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close.
The property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. Rubbish must be neatly bagged, and the BBQ must be left clean.
