Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this spacious and charming apartment includes:
- three bedrooms with a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a furnished terrace.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, Dishwasher, Crib, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

It should be noted that a laundry is located just down the apartment and a market just opposite (open every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm).

Gujan-Mestras is a commune located in the Arcachon basin. Its seafront stretches over 7 kilometers and is home to 7 ports that you can discover thanks to the coastal path; you will be able to observe their boats of all kinds, taste fresh oysters or simply enjoy the landscape and the smell of the sea. A little further on, you will be able to discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
