The owners were really kind and greeted us warmly and gave us a birthday present! The apartament looked better than in the pictures. A location was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

Very good equiped apartment. Have all tools in the kitchen. We found everything we needed. Owner brought us some extra clean towels, we had a sun unbrella and get some sand toys for children. Good located, easy to reach both sides of the city by foot.

Dishwasher without grounding.

The apartment was clean, had everything we needed for a week's stay and was in a great location - close to the Old Town, but far enough away to be quiet at night. The owners were really lovely people! They went above and beyond and even came over with a birthday cake and flowers for one of our party's birthday's :-)

It was close to every important tourist places. Quiet place . Close to restaurants. Owners are very noce people.

The house is set back from the street in a gated garden making it quiet at night and also calm. There isn't onsite parking but the host showed me a nearby lot where I could leave the car.

Some reviews mention liking the nearby pizza place (Vita Bela) steps away on the corner but we found the pizza there bland and generic (despite being fired in a big oven)

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and cosy. There was everything you need. Very quiet area, still close to the beach, 5 min walk and 15 min walk to the old town. You feel like at home, the style of the apartment was very pleasant. There was a terrace just for you where you can have meals surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The host Ivica was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go there again when we visit Dubrovnik again.

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Overall, all was perfect holiday. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave! 😀

The apartment is pretty cozy and the location is decent

with the apartment there’s a really nice terrace, however you cannot make ANY kind of noise starting from 20:00. My friends and I we were having a talk and the owner called us immediately to tell us to literally shut up and go inside. when we checked in he forgot to turn the gas on and we couldn’t cook until night time ( when he had the decency to show up). the day of the check out he said ‘we broke’ something that was already broken and didn’t warn us to be careful. He was demanding us more than 1000 kunas in cash or else he would call the police and they wouldn’t let us leave the country. please be careful with this owner, he tried to scam us and take advantage of our kindness.

All was as expected based on the photos and description.

The three of us stayed for 12 days. Cleaning at least once during this time would be nice.
