A light and bright modern apartment situated in the heart of Woolacombe. This inviting apartment is ideal for beach lovers, surfers, walkers and cyclists alike. Situated just 400 metres from the 3-mile stretch of golden sands, it is the ideal seaside retreat. Woolacombe village has all the amenities, including pubs, restaurants and shops to browse. Try out the beach at Saunton Sands (7 miles) for swimming, surfing and family fun. Ilfracombe is only 6 miles away and boasts independent shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, and don't miss the town’s famous Tunnels Beaches. See Damien Hirst’s statue of Verity and visit the aquarium as well while you are here. A little further afield is Exmoor National Park (15 miles) with its breathtaking landscapes and stunning scenery.
Park your car in the allocated parking space and head to your luxurious apartment. As you enter the hallway you will pass the 1st bedroom which is a bunk room and follow the hallway through to the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with stunning sea views across the pretty seaside village. Relax on an evening with the Smart TV snuggle up with your loved ones and watch a favourite movie after enjoying some home-cooked food in the modern high-spec kitchen that’s fully equipped with everything you will need. Taking the stairs to the 2nd bedroom which has a king-size bed with stunning sea views and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, this room benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A further twin bedded room can be found on this floor along with the family bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.
Outside is lovely balcony with patio furniture and sea views.
