Welcome to Red River Retreat in Harwich Port on Cape Cod! Brand new build in desirable neighborhood just a 6-minute walk to Red River Beach! Red River Retreat with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms boasts a front patio, wrap around porch, open concept with airy rooms and high ceilings, private backyard with patio and outdoor shower and all the amenities you want in a summer escape. Dogs are welcome, too ! New for 2025: Linens and towels included compliments of the owner!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you pull into the driveway of this recently built home, you notice the huge front yard that provides distance and privacy from the road. There is plenty of parking. Approaching the home you make note of the small patio out front with two Adirondack chairs - the perfect spot for early morning coffee as the sun rises. A few steps up and take in the extensive wrap around porch with multiple opportunities for hanging out and outdoor dining as you approach the grand double doors into the home. There is a full dining area to one side and a quaint bistro table to the other.

You are greeted by an open, airy living space with high ceilings and minimal decor. The living room is centered around fireplace and the flat screen TV. The kitchen is outfitted with the latest stainless steel appliance and amenities including a dishwasher and a gas stove. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets and storage for small appliances in the walk in pantry. Continue to the dining area with table and chairs for ten. Here you will find the sliders to the backyard entertainment area.

Guests will enter the home through the side door next to the enclosed outdoor shower into the kitchen. Here you will find the laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is a queen bedroom on the first level. Bathroom #1 with a shower is in the hallway as you make your way to the office with two work stations and lots of room to get remote work done before the beach fills up!

Go upstairs to the three bedrooms and additional bathrooms on the upper level. The primary bedroom is to the right with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom #2 with a glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub. There is a large walk-in closet for all your outfit changes. Don't forget the balcony overlooking the front yard and beyond. What a view to start and end each day!

Continue on to Bathroom #3 in the hallway with shower and double sinks. Bedroom #3 in front has a Queen and Double bed and its own walk out balcony. Bedroom #4 in back has a double bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top of a double bed.

The backyard is private with two different areas to enjoy - a casual, living room area to lounge and catch up on the gossip or reading this season's trashy novel. The other side has a dining table with umbrella right near the gas grill. Don't forget the outdoor shower around the corner - a Cape Cod tradition! Don't forget the basketball court - I see plenty of HORSE games in your future!

For 2025, this home will offer complimentary linens including bedsheets, bath, beach, and dish towels for total home occupancy. Beds will be made!

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 8. No parking on lawn anytime. No parking on the basketball court as the blacktop is still new!
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
Guests do not have access to the garage.
