Located in one of Scarborough's favourite beachside resort 'Sandcastles' with heated outdoor swimming pool and spacious alfresco/ BBQ area.
This safe and secure complex with CCTV cameras in common areas offers secure underground parking with 2 allocated parking bays for your stay. Please be aware clearance height to secure basement parking is 1.94m. The central lift will take you from basement to your apartment level. Please ensure remote/fob is placed in centre of keypad/reader.
This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground level with private entrance through the double doors to your own private apartment within the resort.
- Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located at the back of the apartment.
- Bedroom 2 boasts a queen size bed, bedside tables/lamps to each side, quality hotel grade linen and a double wardrobe for your belongings.
- Bedroom 3 boasts 2 x single beds, a bedside table in the center of both beds, quality hotel grade linen with a double robe for your belongings.
- The combined main bathroom/laundry/separate toilet is centrally located in the apartment opposite the kitchen. Easy to usefront loader washing machine, dryer, sink with cupboard and ample bench space. Beach towels available in upper cupboards.
The bathroom is located towards the back part of this space and boasts a large wall-mounted mirror, sink, drawers with cupboard space.
There is a separate walk in shower with rain shower head as well as separate toilet in this space.
