Iris House is a wonderful home and the perfect base for your stay in Nottingham. This large 3 bed has all the home from home comforts as well as a drive to park your vehicle. A fully equipped kitchen, chic decor and high speed wi-fi is perfect whether you are working or just visiting our wonderful city. A pleasant garden with a lovely seating area makes relaxing during your stay just perfect.

There is an open plan living/dining area which leads directly onto the large decking area with pergola, through the French doors. Beyond this, there is a pleasant garden for your enjoyment.

You’ll be able to access all areas of the property - only your group has access to the house and garden through your stay.

We live close by, so can help with anything you require.

The house is a short drive into the city centre, close to one of Nottingham University campus and the renowned Nottingham Castle, where the Robin Hood legend thrives!

The house is just off Nottingham’s major ring road, giving easy road access to the city centre and all areas of Nottingham, Derby and East Midlands Airport. The bus routes also run close to the house for easy access into the city and beyond.
