Welcome to Sandy Feet, located in the prestigious gated beachfront community of ShipWatch. Enjoy private beach access just steps from the home! This newly remodeled luxury home sleeps 16 with 3 King Suites and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Sandy Feet has everything you need in your vacation home by the sea!

Sandy Feet is just steps from the stunning Private Beach Access! As you arrive at the access point, you are immediately greeted by emerald waters and sugar-white sands. A lush pathway meanders through a dense coastal forest, where vibrant wildflowers and towering palm trees sway gently in the ocean breeze. The scent of saltwater and blooming flora lingers in the air, enticing you further along the enchanting trail. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrellas are included in your stay at no additional cost and will be set up at the beach for you! Additional chair and umbrella rentals are available. (Complimentary chairs and umbrellas and rentals are available March 1st - October 31st)

The 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids) had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the house and pool. The kids loved the bunk beds. Being able to safely and quickly walk to the beach was a huge benefit. And, the location to restaurants and a grocery store was ideal. We want to stay here again!

We had 11 people, five adults and six kids and the space was great for us.
We did have an issue with the pool heater a couple days into using it but they sent someone back out to fix it (we had two days of a cold pool). The beach access is perfect, the outside area was wonderful and the lotion was close to everything we needed.

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

Sandy Feet Retreat by far has been the best rental that I have stayed at. It was the perfect house for our two families, is very spacious, and is in the perfect location. Win Dixie is just right down the street and the Outlets are right across the main 98 highway. We especially loved the easy access to the beach which was just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked with beach gear, more than what I expected, and having the two additional chairs and umbrella service at the beach was convenient. We did have a maintenance issue with the hot water, however it was quickly resolved. The management company was amazing to communicate with and was very professional and courteous. The golf cart was nice addition if you wanted to go get a quick bite to eat or go for some ice cream on Scenic 98. The kids and the adults loved the game room and taking a dip in the pool was amazing after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the updated bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen had the basic essentials, however additional baking dishes and serving platters/dishes would have been nice to have. Check out was very easy! We were very satisfied with our stay and we look forward to renting Sandy Feet Retreat again!!

This was our third consecutive year to stay at a home in Shipwatch during the month of May. The floor plan of this house worked well with three adult couples. We all had privacy and a private bathroom. We loved the size of the pool and the water was warm. The back deck was large enough to play games. We had no issues and appreciate how easy it was to check in and communicate with the property manager. Checking out was just as easy and only required removing trash and starting the dishwasher. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in back was nice to drop the beach stuff at the end of the day. It will be very diffcult for us to stay somewhere other than Shipwatch after enjoying such a quiet, private beach. We walked to Whale's Tail and Surf Hut and enjoyed having a golf cart for those quick trips to Winn Dixie or Bad *** Coffee. We hope to stay at 98 Shipwatch again!

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during a jet stream cold wave making it too cold to benefit from the heated pool. We can't wait to come back to experience all the property has to offer.

Great location. Cozy house. Loved the decor! Loved the neighborhood and beach access was so easy. We had an issue and they fixed it so fast! The pool was very small, but warmed up nice and warm for us while we were there. I would stay there again

Amazingly decorated and furnished home. Plenty of room for multiple families. Convenience of having a golf cart to get around the area for quick trips. The beach is quick and easy to get to, 3 minute walk with no streets to cross. Restaurants everywhere. In the middle of all the action but in a private gated community and private beach makes it feel as if you are separated from all of the busyness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch Sandy Feet Retreat. The home was perfect for our large group. Plenty of beds and the 4 full bathrooms worked perfectly. The garage was loaded with all of your beach essentials, no need to purchase anything else. We utilized the pool deck every morning and evening and both the adults and kids loved the game room. Talk about location!! Anything you could possibly need was within walking distance, or the 6 person golf cart could be used. We had the best time and will definitely return! Thank you!!
