Recently refurbished to a high and modern standard. This property is just a few metres from the town centre, yet located down a quiet street. It has it's own off street parking for one vehicle at the rear.
The property is perfect for professionals and families alike being only a 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the vast array of fantastic restaurants such Steels Cornerhouse Restaurant, Papa's Fish & Chips, Me2Raj and many more.
Located just off St Peters Avenue.
The Space:
Cosy Lounge, Dining room Kitchen Bathroom and 3 bedrooms. A real home from home. We have a private parking space at the rear of the property accessed from Isaacs Hill.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Located within Cleethorpes and around 17.5 miles to the south-east of Kingston upon Hull, this home is conveniently situated a short walk from Cleethorpes Station. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and Blundell Park is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.
