This is a great place to both enjoy the sites and sounds of Branson and to escape to the natural environment that Branson offers as well. We enjoyed the view of the water and even got to fish. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

This is our second stay here. We just love the location and the comfy accommodations. Great communication with owner as well.

Overall, this was a very nice pretty quiet and secure neighborhood. Still fairly close to the strip without being on the strip. The cons: no keurig so had to buy ground coffee but not a huge ordeal. And it would have been nice to have additional living room seating.

We had our family come over for dinner and we were there to trout fish. Location is great.

So easy to get to all of our destinations including College of the Ozark, shops, golf, shows. The view of Lake Taneycomo each morning from the porch was so relaxing.

Great location next to lake taneycomo, short trip to Branson strip. Will be back.

Overall we enjpyed our stay! The view off the balcony was exceptional and spent most of the time at the condo here. It is in the shade also, so it was never too hot. There were several games and lots of channels on the TV also! My main complaints were the master bed frame is either in need of repair or a new mattress. It appears that someone has been sleeping in the middle and therefore, my husband and I woke several times laying back to back because we had rolled in. The other bed appeared to have some sort of memory foam, but that is where our child slept since the bath was not connected. Also, there were some areas that could have been cleaner, but I have stayed in dirtier hotels before, so was not a huge deal to us. Overall, we hope to return!

The property was in a great location, absolutely beautiful view from the patio of the swift flowing river. We arrived very late and were thankful for simple easy check-in process. We went straight to our rooms for a good nights rest but was wakened by BED BUGs. which made for a very restless night due to having to the couch for some rest. We were moved to another condo a few doors down the next afternoon. It was a lovely condo but our stay had been severely effected by bed bug bites and having to do our laundry before we felt safe to bring it into our reassigned condo. Not to take anything away from the 2nd condo but we were just bummed out the rest of our stay due to our buggy first night.

We had a great time, yet again at this condo! We have stayed here the 3 last years and love it!!! Great place!!

The property was just as pictured. The view of the lake was excellent. We enjoyed the rise and fall of the water levels. The wildlife was amazing. The condo kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was awesome, so easy to reach all of our destinations. The condo was very clean and provided us with products to keep it that way. If we return to Branson we would love to stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

This property was exactly as promised. The screened in deck right on the river was amazing. We loved our weekend in Branson...a great part of the weekend was our choice to stay at this property. We would DEFINITELY return for another stay in the future. HIGHLY recommended.

Property overall was great. It is a rather dated property which I didn’t mind but my husband didn’t particularly like. It has wonderful views and my kids loved the amenities such as the indoor pool. Owner was quick with responses. Check in was easy if you follow instructions. We loved being off of the busy streets but just a quick drive to everything. We would stay here again.

The property itself was great. Looked like photos, clean and great location by the river, beautiful to wake up every morning and drink your coffee and look right out at the beautiful scenery. Could’ve used a comfy ottoman for watching movies, but maybe I’m spoiled with my recliners😊 Oooonly complaint was the check in procedure experience for us. **Promise, I’m not complaining to be a “Ken” here- more to let the property owner know in case there’s a simple change they could make for their other guests to save a headache for them.** Check-In procedures could definitely use some tweaking. I’m quite techy and it was not easy for me. Held up the line at the gate forever and the “helpline” for the property management company was not helpful at all and honestly kinda rude, which was surprising. Long story short-The info provided in the last minute 4pm email you get with the door code and whatnot did not contain the info the front gate personnel needed to let me in. The gate worker wants to know the exact address you’re checking into. My VRBO email and confirmation were not enough. The address is not listed on the Vrbo listing, any of the confirmation emails (understandably) but also not on the last minute email with the door code. When I called the property management number for help, she was kinda mean to me and told me it’s in the VRBO app. Went exactly where she told me in the (iOS) VRBO app and it also wasn’t there. When I asked her what I should do now, she just said she didn’t know and I’d need a computer…maybe…. and blamed my version of the app (freshly downloaded and updated VRBO btw). But I’m like… I’m in a car, with 12 people waiting behind me, 200 miles away from home and have no computer or an internet connection. She just verbally shrugged her shoulders at me and said she couldn’t do anything more for me. After getting off the phone with her and 20 minutes later of trying VRBO through Safari, I was able to get the address the front gate needed and we were let in. Maybe this was a fluke and I’m the only person that has ever happened to, but it could’ve been easily avoided if they just put the full address in that last minute email that contained the door code. That would’ve made it much easier and had everything in one place. Just a thought.

The condo was very clean! The Taneycomo Lakefront setting was beautiful, even in the frigid weather. We were disappointed with the condition of the condo's furniture and overall appearance. It feels very dated. Living room sofa and some chairs are newer, but tables/accessories were old. The kitchen is not updated, though functional. Appliances older and a lot of older dishes, cook wear and utensils...many need replacing. Dining area has furniture in disrepair. Bedroom beds have dated bedding and mattresses are ok to sleep on, but felt they could use updating as well. Bathrooms clean, but again, dated decor and amenities. We have stayed in other condos at this resort and paid less for a more updated, comfortable unit. We would not stay here again. With a little TLC this condo could be a perfect get away!

The condo was clean, well stocked and has a beautiful view. My grandson loved being close to the water, even though it was quite windy and cool during our stay. We will be back....

Overall, the property was as described. The unit was clean and the view of the lake was great. My only complaint would be the humidity in the unit. Immediately upon walking in it smelled musty. There was also a dehumidifier in the room and it said the humidity level was 70%. I didn’t love the fact that it had that wet musty smell. Again, the unit was very clean… The beds were comfortable… There were extra blankets. We had everything we needed; however, based on the humidity which might change from season to season I probably would not book again.

We loved the location by the river. Condo was clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo and perfect for two couples for the weekend! Deck was so nice overlooking Lake Tanneycomo.

We enjoyed our week at your condo. It was super clean and inviting in every way. We loved the relaxed, comfortable condo and enjoyed the short easy walk to the water and being able to fish right there was a big plus. We will be back. After a long morning, we enjoyed the club sandwich from the Grill. It was fantastic!

View of Lake Taneycomo. Close to Branson but away from the traffic of Branson. Nice Golf community with great access to all the area activities. Would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Screened porch on the River was beautiful and so restful. Wish we could have stayed another night.
