The only issue that I had was that there were no black out curtains in the room with a very large window facing the river. It made for a very early wake up. There was also a small issue with the tv but the front desk fixed the issue very quickly.

We are so happy this hotel finally open. So convenient to Austin Peay. I know it’s new but all of our room we’re not ready at 6:00 pm and in one room there was a light that flashed the entire night.

great hotel, staff. clean, comfortable, updated. walkable to couple restaurants and breweries. nice hotel bar. decent hairdryers 👌, ladies if you know you know! not the cheap $10 hairdryer thats worthless. parking is valet only $20, tho not sure why… just a open lot at the hotel, not in another location or pkg garage somewhere. def stay again

We like it because it is near where our family lives.
We were disappointed that the pool was still not operational. We were there a year ago and it was out of commission then.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Location and staff were great. Unfortunately the building is long, LONG overdue for maintenance and repairs. The free breakfast was horribly overpriced.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location and views. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and temperature control. Our only drawback was the uneven water temperature in the shower. A bath with the water jets is the way to go.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, all the staff wwere very friendly,. The breakfast needs improvement, as well as the choice of coffee pods. Will return.

Didn't get to eat breakfast because we arrived at 9:20 and they stop at 9:00 which seemed a little early. WIFI was so slow I turned it off and just used 4G on my phone. Overall, not a bad hotel for the price.

This used to be a nice hotel but now it's really outdated. It's clean and comfortable but everything is old. Our room was not done before we got back at 7 pm. It looks like they do a house keeping only on when they need to rent a room
