The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed
- 2.5 bathrooms
- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is no parking available on the street in front of the home. If you have a third car, you need to park on the adjacent street and walk about 5 minutes to the house. Guests cannot park in the garage.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker

- A deck with stunning ocean views, an outdoor dining table, and BBQ + Backyard with outdoor seating
- For safety, the fireplaces are not operable (in the home and on the upstairs deck).
- NOTE: There is no washer and dryer.
- Corcoran Beach is just a quick 5-minute walk away! Simply head to the end of the road and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house.
- The lagoon adjacent to the house is home to many birds, creating a unique birdwatching opportunity. While their cheerful chatter adds to the natural ambiance, please note that it can be lively at times. Our team regularly cleans the patio and windows, but with birds frequently visiting, you may notice some bird droppings in the outdoor areas. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy this beautiful, natural setting.
- Please note that while the primary bedroom is the only room on the top floor, it does not have a locking door to make it a fully private space. The bedroom has a glass door, and the bathroom has a non-locking door. These areas are partially open to each other and will not provide complete privacy if other guests come upstairs.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
