Pebble Cottage is situated on Perran Court, a central location, close to the village amenities including table tennis table, archery, tennis court, pub and pool, but is not affected by traffic as it is on a cul-de-sac.

Living area

Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your left is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There's a dining space with table and 4 chairs. The rear living space has 2 sofas and a smart TV. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden with seating.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, and TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, mirror and clothes storage. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower as well as overhead shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.

Outside space

French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for four and a small lawned area with hedges.

Parking

There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.
