This lovely 198m² house is ideally located near various tourist attractions, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse dining options in the area.
The living room is generous, with a sofa, a TV for watching your favourite programmes, and a dining table. Natural light illuminates the space, creating a cosy atmosphere. You can also step out onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential utensils for preparing a meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cutlery and utensils. A washing machine is also available.
The bedroom is a peaceful haven, with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has access to a balcony, offering a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Hotel-quality bed linen is provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
The bathroom has towels, toiletries and all the amenities you need to freshen up.
For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.
Access to the house is via a flight of stairs, unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
