Every thing you need is there. If you are a shorter person the microwave and top shelf of the cupboards are hard to get at.
As stated parking is a problem.

Very happy with this property. Good price, comfortable, very handy location. Close to a great choice of cafes and restaurants. Right opposite the beach and only a short walk to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and public transport.

Didn't enjoy being woken up 5:30 every morning with noise from Cafe. The unit was very dirty. Queen bed very hard. Lack of linen.
