'1A Calmaire' is at the front of the property with 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and '1B Calmaire' at the rear with a super king, and 2 singles and a large rear garden
The space
This is a fantastic property which can be booked as separate 2 bedroom spaces or one whole house, as in this listing for 8 guests.
The properties are split between the front and rear with no adjoining doors between them. So you have lots of options with 2 families, a group of friends or 4 professional working guests.
The front property is set over two floors and has a separate entrance which leads into a light hallway, with downstairs bathroom off this.
There is a cosy living room with large smart TV and a lovely wood-burning stove to keep you toasty during colder evenings.
A compact dining room for 4 with a kitchen directly off this, which has a double door fridge/freezer, and lots of cupboard space.
From the dining room, there is a small outdoor space with a table and chairs for a nice morning hot drink.
The rear property is single level and also has a separate entrance at the side which opens into a spacious hallway with utility room containing washing machine and dryer. A door leads off this to a fabulous and spacious open-plan kitchen and living space.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave and lots of space. The living space has a long U-shaped leather sofa with large smart TV opposite.
A spacious dining room leads off this with seating for 8 and cool decorations.
The twin room is off this with a small shower room and toilet ensuite.
The super king size bedroom is off the living room which has a large walk-in wardrobe and storage with a stylish shower room off this.
The garden at the rear is a great size and has a table for eating outdoors along with a patio area and raised seating with cushions for 8.
Overall, a super space which can be used for guests to have some privacy in the evening but share space to eat together and watch TV, play games as a larger group during the day.
Guests have the full use of the front and rear of the property but also have self-contained space for privacy if required as the properties are not interconnected

There is no interconnecting door inside the house and they both have separate entrances. 1A is a smaller property with two double beds and does have a small kitchen. 1B is bigger and has enough room to accommodate 8 people in the garden, living and dinning room. 1B is all on one level, while 1A is on two.

You may smoke in the garden but you must dispose of all cigarette waste in the outdoor bin.
Travel cot and high chair are available at a cost of £15 for the travel cot and £10 for the high chair. We ask that you bring their own bedding. Please let us know if you would like to hire.
Strictly, no parties, stag or hen events. This is a residential neighbourhood and guests must be conscious of noise levels during their stay.
Please turn off all lights and any appliances, close windows and lock all doors when leaving the property.
Please keep the log burner doors of 1A Calmaire closed unless adding logs. Please ensure that the fire only has embers when guests retire to bed and kindly do not leave the property with a strongly burning fire as this is could be a substantial fire-risk.
If possible, please return the key to the key safe when going out for the day and scramble the code. This becomes accessible for any of our team in an emergency situation or for another guest in your party to use if they return to the property early.
