Casa La Vida spans 2.5 levels, featuring polished designer concrete floors, soaring cathedral ceilings, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The main floor’s split-level loft design creates an open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it perfect for gathering. Step up to the rooftop deck to relax under the California sun or enjoy cool ocean breezes in the evenings.

Casa La Vida Venice is situated in the quiet residential neighborhood of the Silver Triangle, renowned for its charm and lack of heavy foot traffic. Despite the peaceful setting, you’re just minutes away from all Venice has to offer.

Note: Casa La Vida has a separate, private apartment on the property with its own entrance and courtyard, occupied by a long-term tenant.

Parking:

Out of respect for the neighbor we share a driveway with, we ask that you park on the street. In the Silver Triangle, we are one of the lucky areas that is blessed with ample street parking. Very likely it will be available directly in front of the house. On busy summer weekends or holidays, you may need to park a block away.

Welcome to CasaLaVidaVenice! We are so glad to host you in our family home, managed by Open Air Homes. Please review the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay:

Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Rental Agreement: By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent upon successful signing of this agreement.

Occupancy Limits: You are authorized to have only the number of people you booked for in the home. Should you want additional visitors, you must request permission in writing, and receive our written approval. At booking, please provide the names and ages of all guests occupying the property.

Pets: Pets and animals are not permitted without prior written approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for stays under 30 days, or $300 per pet for stays of 30+ days, will apply. Damages or failure to clean up after pets may result in additional charges. Unauthorized pets will result in a charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction.

Parties or Events: All parties and events require prior approval. Any visitors must be arranged and approved in advance.

Family-Friendly Neighborhood: We are located in a family neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity. Please be respectful of noise levels, particularly in outdoor spaces, and avoid loitering in front of neighboring properties.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11pm to 9am.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine.

Housekeeping for Extended Stays: All stays over 30 days require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

Items Left Behind: Any items left behind will incur shipping costs and a $25 service fee.

Property Care: Please treat our home with care, as you would your own. Guests are responsible for its safekeeping.

Note: If we are required to intervene on behalf of your behavior with the neighbors you will be assessed $300 in damages and will be subject to vacating the property if deemed by the owner as unacceptable.
Violations of these house rules may result in forfeiture of the reservation and possible eviction. For any questions, please reach out to the owner, who is available to ensure you have a wonderful stay!
