This property features a private in-ground pool (25’x13’, up to 6’ deep), surrounded by a large paver deck and privacy fence. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during Oct-May. The spacious, open-concept ground floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room.
Sleeping arrangements include:

-Queen bed with SMART TV
-Bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunks and a twin trundle, ideal for kids and groups
-Full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower
SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Suite: King bed, SMART TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, freestanding tub, and walk-in shower
-King bed with SMART TV
-Queen bed with SMART TV
-Additional full bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo
-Game Room (second living space) with a queen sofa sleeper, perfect for movie nights or extra sleeping space
Each bedroom and living area is equipped with a large SMART TV for streaming and entertainment.
FREE ICE: The home’s high-capacity ice machine provides up to 100 lbs. of ice per day, so there’s no need to purchase bags.
The expansive pool deck includes premium patio furniture and a Traeger pellet grill for grilling and smoking.
The property has parking space for up to 6 vehicles and no stairs are required for entry or first-floor access, making it convenient for all guests, though it is not ADA-compliant. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a refreshing environment for everyone.
A $500 security deposit hold will be put on your credit card 2 days before your arrival date and will be returned 7 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 60 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 60 days of arrival.
Please be aware that all cancellations made within 60 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
