This newly built, stylish home is ideal for families, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals together, and a spacious patio for outdoor relaxation and dining. The modern design and family-friendly layout ensure comfort and convenience for all. Located on a well-traversed street, this home offers the perfect balance of luxury and practicality for your next family getaway.

Bedroom 1: King bed (sleeps 2) with new memory foam mattress. Pack n' play available for use during stay. Attached full master bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Closet for storage.

Bedroom 2: Two full over full bunk beds (sleeps 4) with new memory foam mattresses. Closet for storage.

White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

Full bathroom is located on the main level with a bathtub/shower. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available along with a hair dryer. A starter supply of toilet paper is also provided.

75" Smart TV in the living area is setup to login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are provided.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12 cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available in the master bedroom closet.

Guests have access to the entire property (other than home owners locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located in a residential neighborhood on a well-traversed street. Sidewalks are available for walking.

The premises can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

The grill is located next to the back deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- No unauthorized parties or events allowed in the home.
- A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host an unauthorized party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 6 guests allowed in the home.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
