The open-concept living room and fully stocked kitchen create a social cooking space, while the separate office provides an ideal spot for remote work. The main level includes two bathrooms for convenience, and downstairs features a large bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and ample storage, along with a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the back patio or explore the PRIME Denver location, with many top attractions, sports venues, and biking trails just steps away, plus easy access to the mountains via nearby highways.

Our unit comes with 1 designated parking space conveniently located next to the back entry door.

There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
