Location! Location! Location! This Historical downtown, Loft-style apartment is a great place for those looking to truly be in the heart of Denver! Our 1/2.5 with designated office space is a 10 minute walk to Coors Field and has all of Denver's best bars and restaurants all within walking distance! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
Our downtown spacious 1-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath loft offers high ceilings, exposed brick, wood beams, and two levels, making it perfect for an extended stay. The open-concept living room and fully stocked kitchen create a social cooking space, while the separate office provides an ideal spot for remote work. The main level includes two bathrooms for convenience, and downstairs features a large bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and ample storage, along with a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the back patio or explore the PRIME Denver location, with many top attractions, sports venues, and biking trails just steps away, plus easy access to the mountains via nearby highways.
Our unit comes with 1 designated parking space conveniently located next to the back entry door.
Entire space plus building amenities, including the downstairs gym.
We are available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach us is by messaging us. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your arrival.
No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.
Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
A $500 security deposit will be required for local guests.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
