The townhouse is bathed in natural light thanks to its large sash windows, which flood each level and enhance the airy atmosphere throughout. The property features five well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable retreat for families or groups.
On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a huge, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a traditional Aga—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The kitchen leads out to a large back garden, a rare gem in the centre of Bath, providing a peaceful outdoor space for relaxation or al fresco dining.
The ground floor hosts a separate, formal dining room, perfect for entertaining. Here, a piano and a large dining table that comfortably seats 12 set the stage for memorable meals and celebrations.
The first floor is home to the bright and spacious living room, where you can unwind while enjoying views through the large sash windows. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Bath.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, is a luxurious sanctuary featuring a super king-size bed and an expansive en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are each furnished with king-size beds, offering a restful retreat. Bedroom 5, ideal for children or friends, has two single beds.

Bath is a compact city and we would recommend either exploring the city on foot. The property is located just 12 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station. You can park locally if you bring a car at Charlotte Street car park
