The hotel is excellent, in many aspects: breakfast, pool, trail! The staff is super kind! The hotel is gorgeous! I recommend it and I will certainly stay there again!

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Desde o primeiro contato até o check out. Equipe altamente treinada e qualificada, entregando um atendimento impecável. Não me lembro a última vez que dei nota máxima para todos os quesitos. Hotel extremamente bem cuidado e cada detalhe é pensado, fazendo-nos sentir em casa e muito bem tratada. Café da manhã excelente, restaurante e vinhos excelentes tbm. Praticamente não saí do hotel, apenas para visitar as Cataratas. Parabéns a toda equipe do hotel, vcs foram formidáveis.

Gostei da localização (300 metros da entrada das cataratas) o hotel em si é muito bonito, foi recentemente reformado, tem um espaço verde muito bonito, piscina grande, área da piscina muito confortável… já em relação ao quarto solicitamos a troca e fomos rapidamente relocados, cama macia, lençóis e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, toda hora q saímos o quarto era arrumado, e sempre tinha algum mimo nos esperando, o banheiro o único ponto negativo é que a cortina da local de banho era muito impropria, molhava o banheiro … a troca por um blindex resolveria esse problema, os produtos de banho eram loccitane, um luxo!!! Ponto forte são os funcionários, todos, extremamente solícitos e muito simpáticos, destaco a Sra da recepção, uma querida, um aspecto a ser melhorado ao meu ver seria o restaurante.. alto preço pelo tipo de refeição oferecida, café da manhã completo… muito bom!

Very accommodating people. We were able to get into our room early and get late check out the next day for our evening flight.

We did not receive any bread with our meal in the bar in the evening. This seems odd since most restaurants give you bread.

Perfect spot - definitely my go to hotel for seeing Iguaçu

Hotel excelente, com áreas comuns bem conservadas e limpas. A área da piscina e do bar são muito bonitas e agradáveis incluindo ofurôs com água quente. O quarto e o banheiro são confortaveis e bem limpos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. A localização é excelente, a 200 m do parque das Aves e 300 m da entrada do parque nacional de Foz do Iguaçu (catararas). Então, recomendo este hotel sem restrições.

Tudo certo, incluindo o ckeck-in e check-out.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, just 2 km away from the airport and just a 5 min. walk to the entrance of the nature park of Iguaçu; friendly and helpful staff; very clean and well-equipped room with a powerful air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very delicious breakfast with a big selection.

Atendimento da equipe ! Todos extremamente solícitos ! Especialmente gostaríamos de enaltecer os funcionários Erick, Luís e Hélio, que estavam na parte das piscinas. Maravilhosos educados e gentis. Ambiente também é muito calmo! Bom isolamento acústico nos quartos. A localização é perfeita também: ao lado do parque das aves e na frente do parque das cataratas !!! Da pra ir a pé !!! O aeroporto fica há 10 min de carro.

O hotel fica próximo ao aeroporto e um heliponto. O nível de ruído incomodou um pouco.

Eu sou do PR e amo ir pra Foz. Sempre que vou, escolho um resort (dos bem conceituados), para conhecer. O Sanma é o sexto que eu conheci, e é disparado, o MELHOR!!! Se vc procura tranquilidade, bom gosto e exclusividade, … encontrou o lugar certo! Sem dúvidas, eu vou voltar com a minha família! Sem palavras! Foram dias tão bons e agradáveis que eu não sei por onde começar! O que chamou mais a minha atenção, foi a calmaria dos hóspedes, um público mais “selecionado”, digamos assim, que busca descanso e conforto. A única criança naqueles dias, era o meu filho de 9 anos. A piscina super tranquila, com hóspedes bem civilizados, mais “família”. Nem vozes de ouvia nos corredores. Detesto hotéis onde sou acordada com pessoas sem noção passando pelo corredor e falando alto. Então, Era exatamente o que eu buscava! Sou apaixonada por café da manhã de hotel, e o Sanma arrasou demais! Tudo servido à mesa. Frutas, frios, pães, organizados impecavelmente nos pratos. E a feijoada no almoço de sábado? maravilhosa! Muito bem servida e com tudo que tem direito! A mousse de chocolate de sobremesa me ganhou! O melhor que já provei na vida! Sério!!! Parecia um brigadeiro de colher! Não sou muito fã de mousse de chocolate, mas aquele, dava pra sentir a qualidade só de olhar. Eu vou voltar pra me dar esse prazer novamente! O pessoal da recepção, do bar da piscina, do restaurante, todos muito queridos! Banheiro da piscina limpinho e moderno. Tudo aliás, era muito limpinho e organizado. Parabéns Sanma! Recomendo vcs de olhos fechados e com certeza absoluta voltarei com a minha família para sermos felizes mais uma vez nesse lugar espetacular!

Infelizmente não haviam tomadas em nenhum lado das camas, para carregarmos os celulares. A bancada do banheiro é apertada, principalmente pra nós mulheres com as nossas necessaires carregadas de maquiagens e afins (risos!), e também faltaram ganchos para pendurarmos as roupas de banho/piscina. Um varal no box não é suficiente é só tinham 2 ganchinhos atrás da porta.

Breakfast is really well served, and you can be sat indoor or outdoors. All of the hotel looks really nice and feels very welcoming.

The bathroom in the rooms are in need of a revamp - it's like it doesn't match the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were beatiful and cozy. Finally, it was a quite place for relaxing.

The sheets had an unpleasant strong smell.

It’s a resort! Great layout overall. Set back from the road and secured by a fence. Spacious and welcoming entrance and lobby, with adjoining bar and restaurant! Large pool in the back, surrounded by a walled-in wast lawn with palm trees.

Close to Iguazu park, good spa treatments at good prices. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice pool area.

The bathrooms are small and shabby and not up to standard, which is why you only see one bathroom pic on the website. When I arrived they asked me to wear a paper bracelet while I stayed there, so they could 'identify' hotel guests - Neither of these things are the marks of a 5 star hotel. Restaurant food also very average with a limited menu. Overall, hotel overpriced for the quality offered.

Beautiful Hotel, great architecture, extremely well maintained. Staff wonderful. Food excellent. Rooms adequately sized but not big. Spectacular ambiance all around. Very near airport and entrance to Falls.

Loves everything about this place - food at the restaurants was delicious, the pool was fantastic with great wildlife sightings, the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Great pool and most of the staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast is also really good! They also moved us to a different room when we complained about the noise of the AC.

My ring was stolen from my room by a cleaner or a maid…we told the manager and they searched the entire room which was nice but it was 100% stolen and they didn’t do anything about it.

Breakfast was great and staff people were really nice with us. The location was good, nearby from the brasilean waterfalls + birds park. The hotel was very quiet, the pool was amazing and everything very clean.

Brasilean taxi's are really expensive related to argentinean taxi's. For the same trip we paid x2. No negative thoughts about the hotel, nice staff, nice pool, nice location. Maybe a little expensive for an argentinean traveller, but good price for brasilean people. Recommend you to know how to speak portuguese.

The design and decoration is wonderful and their staff is professional. Breakfast is amazing….

I did not feel this hotel was good value at all. For the price I’d have expected much better. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot and the water was a bit dirty. There is no coffee machine in the room, the rooms are very far from the lobby, our “view” was of a wall, no iron in the room either l. Also the restaurant was expensive and not very good. Finally be aware that there’s a 113 reais per night service tax not included in the fee here.
