Great location - very close to the QPAC and the Southbank beach and restaurants
The valet parking was a bit chaotic. There were cars everywhere and I had to squish my car in which I wasn’t super comfortable about.

No issues with staff. Good location for exploring south bank. Comfy bed.
Biggest problem was loud clunking noise coming from behind the wall that occurred intermittently throughout entire stay. It was loud enough to interfere with sleep. Perhaps it was noisy plumbing pipes? Also wasn’t worth paying for river view as the room was on level 6 and thus the view was 2/3 obscured by a building. The room seemed quite tired with scuffed paint and dated decor. None of the usual hotel touches like cold water or single serve milk in the bar fridge. The bar fridge also badly needed to be defrosted and was struggling to keep things cold.

Room service would not answer calls to place breakfast order. After 2 phone calls to operator & placing breakfast order, breakfast did not not arrive. Called reception to chase up breakfast. Still no breakfast. Finally cancelled breakfast.
Trip was to celebrate my mum's 95th birthday. She had to take her medication with breakfast. Big let down by the hotel. This was despite reception knowing it was a 95th celebration.
No coffee mugs in rooms. When asked for mugs night room staff brought only 1 mug to room saying "We only have one left"
No herbal teas, and not enough coffee or chocolate drinks in room. Poor stocking of complimentary items.

Property was in an ideal position! Close to great food and drink, the theatre, wheel of Brisbane etc. we didn’t need the car the whole weekend :)

It was beautiful the location was epic the staff were friendly and professional the room was so comfortable the bed was amazing best sleep we ever had
Can’t think of one thing we were so impressed with this hotel and will definitely be back soon I highly recommend this hotel it is a must 😊😊😊

Location. Close to theatre where my son was performing in Beauty and The Beast. South Bank is beautiful. The hotel was wonderful, clean, people friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the variety and quality of the food was wonderful.
The pillows were too high.

We were on the 10th floor so the view was great, loved being able to see. rooms was large, beds comfortable and very clean, having a lounge also was nice to relax on, and a balcony to sit outside. There was no noise from other customers so felt very private. The proximity to southbank is excellent.
Whilst we were on the 10th floor, if you were lower your view is of a big building directly in front of the hotel, you would see that and nothing else. Or the back of the hotel is a train line. The bathroom is way to small for the size of the room, and water went everywhere as it was a small walk in shower without a door. The breakfast was very average to be honest and had minimal selection. I would have expected a lot more for the price of the rooms.

The location to everything in Southbank is exceptional! Far enough away to not have the noise but close enough to walk down and appreciate everything that’s going on in Southbank. The hotel is in such a fantastic location for exploring and going into the CBD. The room is reasonably sized with a very comfortable bed and lovely linen. The hotel reception is modern and open with the staff being very helpful and friendly. Would return here in a heartbeat!
Aircon problem in our room - cooler in the corridor (reported to reception and staff incredibly apologetic). Room service not 24hrs so if you get back from a big night, options not available in house for food.

The beds are super comfy and so quiet. It is a pleasure to stay.
We had to ring for tea, coffee and milk. There was none in the bar. I would like a hard copy of the facilities. Not everyone has a smart phone to check QR codeds on.

The television reception was very poor. The signal dropped out constantly. We reported it but it didn’t improve.
We opted to go 1 day without room being serviced but as we didn’t use the cafe , the $10 benefit didn’t help us

Location was perfect. The bed was soft. Room service was quick and there were plenty of options to choose from. Facilities were great. Spa, gym, pool.
Staff were super lovely!
I didnt receive instructions at check in for use of key, use of facilities etc. Was just winging it. Didn't know about the bond payment at check in. Knowing this would of eased my mind on whether I was paying extra at check-out. I'm not hotel savvy, so just wasn't sure.

Air conditioning in the room could not be controlled. It was set at a low temperature and could not be raised above 20c, despite management asking engineering to address the problem
