Super Lage des Hotels Sehr gute Verkehrsverhältnisse Zimmer zum Hof, sehr ruhig Tolles Frühstück

Zimmer recht klein

Die Lage am Kudamm ist gut, der Frühstücksraum mit einer tollen Aussicht im obersten Stock und ein relativ freundliches Personal.

Der Aufzug war teilweise defekt (6. Stock), das Badehandtuch hatte gelb-braune Flecken... das war ekelig als ich es nahm und nass aus der Dusche kam und in dem Moment nicht in der Lage ein anderes zu holen. Das Hotel berechnete frecherweise noch 20 Euro pro Tag extra, da ich bei 3 Übernachtungen das Zimmer nicht wechseln wollte. Und der Empfangsmitarbeiter meinte bei Anreise, es wäre nicht möglich mit dem Frühstück zu switchen, da ich bei der 2. Buchung (1 Tag extra) einen Tag ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte... ;-( Mein Balkon / Aussicht war soweit gut, aber es könnten Anwohner aus 2 benachbarten Zimmern problemlos in mein Zimmer schauen/gehen, da der Balkon nicht angetrennt war. Das empfand ich als unangenehm... Außerdem war das Zimmer meiner Freundin Martina, die am Freitag anreiste, total schmutzig und Kippen auf dem Balkon. Sie meinte auch, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis würde auf keinen Fall stimmen in dem Hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut.

Das Hotel ist aufgrund der technisch mangelhaften Fenster sehr laut. Ich habe den Verkehr die ganze Nacht gehört und konnte nicht vernünftig schlafen. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer, dies war auch bei anderen fenstern im Haus so, schlossen nicht richtig. Dadurch ist der Schallschutz nicht gegeben

CLIFFORD was the highlight of my stay. He worked the front desk and was wonderful. Helpful with any questions we had and even made recommendations. The location was good and alot of places to eat. The cleaning staff was good at what they did and pleasant.

The pillows are down filled and very flat had to go to IKEA and get one for my husband and I slept with three and a towel. The beds are a bit firm. Shower curtain was a little short so the floor got wet at every shower. If you use a washcloth bring your own they do not have them . There is no where to keep food if you dont want to eat out. The parking garage is so small we ended up parking in a garage 25 min away from the hotel. Make sure that you pay for parking before going down to exit with your car Otherwise, they will not let you out even if you have an emergency and are on the way to the hospital. When they say breakfast is included it means you will be charged € 16.00 for every meal everyday. Even if you don't eat that day.
