Desayuno muy bien....Al igual q la resolución de petición de bañera

Podría haber ido mejor ofertar parking gratuito a los clientes de más de 2 noches de estancia en esta epoca del año. Ya q en las inmediaciones tb hay sitio, creo q ofertar parking gratuito es icono de calidad

Habitación silenciosa y limpia. Colchones amplios y cómodos. Baño con ducha óptima. Desayuno buffet suficiente.

La TV, sólo se veían 6-7 canales, sólo dos españoles. Aire acondicionado no sé apagaba del todo y hacía frío. Pago por parking. Nada de mapas o información de la ciudad, salvo un folleto en inglés. No hastío donde cenar si llegas en fin de semana, aunque eso ya se informa antes de la reserva.

La cama me pareció impresionante. Si te gustan las camas grandes, genial.

Por poner algo, solo había un juego de toallas en la habitación.

Tenen parking que val 3€. El nostre aire acondicionat no funcionava, no el podíem apagar i el ventilador feia molt soroll

Las instalaciones y las habitaciones están muy bien, limpieza también OK. Buena relación calidad-precio.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en todo el edificio. Sí, no sólo en la habitación, en todo el edificio. Según nos explicó la recepcionista, la semana anterior habían cambiado el sistema del edificio a calefacción y que no podían hacer nada. Pues nada, una semana de 28-30 grados de media en Pamplona y sudando en la habitación aun teniendo la ventana abierta. Bastante mal en este sentido, tienen que pensar en algo para que esto no suceda, porque me parece que es algo básico en un hotel. Y además, había un ruido de ventilador en la habitación que molestaba a la hora de coger sueño. Y ya por ir terminando, en Booking aparecía la opción de coger 1 cama de matrimonio, pero el hotel nos puso una habitación de 2 camas individuales. Esto está mal hecho. El hotel debería poner en Booking que tienen habitaciones con 2 camas individuales y que dependiendo de la disponibilidad, te pueden poner 1 de matrimonio, porque si no es crear falsas expectativas...

Easy to find and easy to park. City around 5km away. Close to the highway.

Only missing a charging station for e-auto. It would make it more attractive for electric car drivers. The closest quick charger is 2,5km away.

Was clean

In the middle of an industrial estate nothing around in walking distance - had booked a double room - had 2 single beds on wheels each time we moved in bed we slid along floor which woke us up - most uncomfortable pillows ever did not sleep at all - tv didn’t work - no remote - couldn’t phone reception as no instructions for the extension number - had to go to reception to get remote - remote was wrong one - reception delivered another one - tv froze after about 5 minutes and we couldn’t get it to work - asked for the extension to phone reception - receptionist didn’t know - said she would phone me to tell me and forgot - wanted to eat In Restuarant was closed - went to eat In Cafeteria it was empty very limited menu no hard copies of menu - very expensive for Spain

Good quality hotel, staff really helpful

Located in the middle of an industrial estate. No restaurant available for lunch or dinner. Lifts a tad cosy!

Location wasn't great but we could easily get a bus into Pamplona The breakfast buffet was poor and we felt like we were being watched every time we went to get something.

We were booked at this location during March. We turned up at 6pm after a long drive to find an empty building with no staff and no information on why the building was closed. We contacted the management by email and phone but there was no response. We applied to booking.com for a full refund and have received nothing (not even the fee that booking.com obtains). We stayed nearby at Hotel Andia - a top place for a stay.

we found out at the last minute when we tried to check there were no cars in the car park and the gates to the car park were locked with a pad lock and chain, after a phone call to booking .com the hotel was closed and we had to make other arrangements at midnight this was not good on your side as a booking company not keeping me up to date with things

Internet is basically non existent, connection dumps often and when it is connected there is no signal.

Clean, comfortable, reception staff very helpful , location was good for what we needed a quick stop over traveling through.

Food was disappointing

Being that we travelled during high peak season, I consider this hotel a reasonable value for money deal. The position is good for those who can move with their vehicles. Wide room and comfy mattress. breakfast ok

We found very unfortunate that we had to stay with absolutely no Wi-Fi connection (for those who travel through countries Wi-Fi is needed). Moreover I’ve been very surprised to find out that the person at the reception, who should be there - at least - to help, was completely unbothered regarding our connection problem. She made absolutely no effort to help us.

Good location, easy to find, and exactly what we were looking for a night stay while traveling through Spain on Motorcycles. The room did smell of smoke, but we aired it out and the air conditioning was fantastic !

Smell of smoke, did ask for a non-smoking room. The shower had a small leak that sprayed onto the floor, but some extra towels helped soak up the mess.

The room was comfirtable. The window lock was broken. It was very hot and air con didn't work very well for the window not sealing. Although it did say on booking restaurant was closed it was in small print. The receptionist although very friendly only said when we asked her what time the restuarant opens. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate so after a long drive of 8 hours we had to get back in the car to drive to the town to find a restaurant.

Good bathroom with good hot water. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The room was on the top floor and it was extremely hot. I opened the window and the door to try to get a breeze, but that didn’t help. They had a temperature control which made a sound but didn’t seem to cool off the room. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working, so I went down to the front desk to see if they could help me. They had gone for the day. When I returned to my room my card key wouldn’t work. I tried it repeatedly for about 15 minutes thinking I was just doing something wrong. Finally I called the emergency number and in about a half an hour someone showed up and re-authorized my card key. While the hotel is OK, I would never stay here again. They list a restaurant, but the restaurant is not open on weekends. Also, I was never able to get the Wi-Fi working, and the Spanish man who came to fix my card key said they had difficulties with it.

Not clean enough, poor maintenance (leaky shower, tired carpet in the hallway, marks on walls and doors) breakfast open buffet, poor application of covid protocols, smoke detector apparently deliberately blocked in the room, presumably by a previous smoking client.

The receptionist was brilliant, she spoke English to help with our basic Spanish and helped again at dinner! Dinner was excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again on our trips from UK down to southern Spain!
