Poor AC. Poor WiFi with mega delay in verification process. Complicated connection forcing App download, that never completed. Poor dinner service. Booking process advised “no availability“ but restaurant (Ullia was actually closed!).

Location, up a hill with no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Fair walk to the old town but good for the funicular.

Que me dejaran guardar la habitación hasta las 15h00 después de correr la Behobia San Sebastián 2023

Teníamos fresco en la habitación, y no funciona la climatización. Al decirlo en recepción nos decían que aún no la habían dado. El agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba correctamente (muy tibia), después de ducharnos con agua fría, lo notificamos en recepción y un técnico hizo una reparación que mitigó un poco el problema sin arreglarlo del todo. Pagar por el fin de semana de la Behobia más de 500€ por 2 noches y no tener agua caliente es lamentable.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Bus to the old town just in front of the hotel

For a four star hotel a sauna and spa should be included on the price. 20€ pp to use it is abusive.

Nice location a bit far from center but with a pleasant walk. Bike rentals was good. Breakfast good. Shame parking wasn’t free

All was good

This hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb. In the first room the wall paper was hanging off the walls, the glass shower curtain was loose and the grouting was dirty. We asked to move. The second room had live cables hanging out of the plug socket next to the child’s bed that had been set up for my daughter.

It was 30 minutes walk to new and old town. Very expensive prices for food and drink in hotel and limited snacks to eat at bar...car park expensive.. In comparison our 4 star hotel in zaragoza is more than quarter of price

1. Dressing gowns in room would be nice. 2. we stayed 2 nights, breakfast was a bit crazy and not enough coffee machines. suggestion- get a hot water machine for the tea drinkers to free up the coffee machines!

The lobby was very spacious, good bar area. Bed was comfortable, hotel is located in a very quiet area.

Close to beach, big clean room. We had in general a good stay, but not quite felt like we where on a 4* hotel.

The receptionist didn’t explain anything about the spa or the gym, didn’t talked English either. We were surprised to find glasses on the plants over the entry. Plastic bottles and glasses on the room. On the last day the cleaning lady enter on the room without knocking or apologize. It felt more like an ibis budget than a 4*.

Overrated hotel, looking good on the outside and in the lobby area while the room is very used and dirty. I don't know when the room was last cleaned. Shower was dripping and lamp was very noisy after the lights were turned off. Not to mention that you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors rooms... Breakfast price is a joke, 17€ if you reserve in advance, 21€ if you pay in the morning 🤯

everyone was super nice, and tried too help. the spa downstairs, is really good, the gym as well. and the restaurant around that place are really good.
