Location is great

We booked Queen room but tue bed size is smaller. Toilet was okay but the bath was not cleaned properly. At the time if check in reception staff was not friendly, we had ti ask for more information.

We always love coming here, the rooms are clean, the baths are amazing and the staff are friendly. No complaints at all. A wonderful place to relax.

We purely booked this accommodation as had hot springs and restaurant as we had a one night stay this was convenient Restaurant closed for renovations Hot springs cokes for clean the staff did not care wjen we told them we were disappointed We also had all the air conditioning units outside our balcony which kept us up all night Very disappointed ☹️

Hot springs on the property and the friendly staff

Parking is very hard to get undercover. Small parks and bad Parking from other guests make it very difficult. Got the twin room but there single beds. Would be great if it was a double beds

The property we stayed in was spacious and immaculate. We had a beautiful view of the sea which was a bonus.

Lovely place to stay very clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. Perfect location right near the ocean.

The bed or mattress wasn't good couldn't have a good decent night's sleep. That is the only thing I would say as it's important.

Furniture is not comfortable for a penthouse kitchen chairs are marked and not very comfortable and the couch is very uncomfortable. Only 1 TV.

Could be more comfortable furniture and a second TV in 2nd room.. Staff did not contact me when massage bookings opened like they said they would.

I went early so no breakfast there! Location was obviously out of the way but it's OK! I wish I had time to go for a walk! And, time to discover the springs!

finding the reception was difficult.

Easier to stay a night rather than trek 2.5 hours back home, experienced the hot springs at night which was great, and position / view of the hotel facing the beach was nice.

Room was fine - apart from ongoing noise that sounded like a radiator turning on causing rattling throughout the bathroom, possibly the plumbing? hard to say. Varied in how often it would happen but woke us up numerous times throughout the night. Booked a couples relaxation massage weeks in advance, was made aware the day before that due to staff shortage that only 1 massage could be performed, not really anyone's fault but we were slightly disappointed nonetheless. Dinner in the restaurant was also disappointing. We were told the kitchen was operating at reduced capacity / reduced menu due to Head Chef being unwell, so again it is one of those things. Food was far from spectacular and believe the calamari was from a frozen pack from the supermarket.

It didn’t have a sink in the kitchen or microwave, the bar fridge was full of mini bar drinks leaving little room for my milk and preferred drinks.

my only negative is that instead of a doona they have one itchy blanket on the bed. but thats if i have to pick something

Nice view/location and staff were friendly. The spa next door was lovely - but attached hotel sort of drags the experience down.

Our room was hot all the time, very loud from the kitchen exhaust vents which were on till late and started early next morning. Even with doors closed you can still hear it in the room. The furniture/decor was drab and the bed was comfortable in a 3 star hotel sort of way, breakfast was awful - food quality was not good - very basic and the eggs were gross. No offer of barista coffee, not enough cutlery on the table.
