Room is spacious and view is great.

It is a bit far from the conference venue.

Excellent karaoke, spacious rooms, large clean bathrooms.

Breakfasts were delicious but very pricey and the coffee machine produced weak espresso.

Intialy ordered room was not confertable and I was requested by wife to upgrade - General conditiomwas poor,

Breakfast was a very nice, but expensive, buffet. The location was excellent and all the major sites were within a short drive.

The room was on central heating and was an unbearable 27C / 80F degrees all night.

Outdated bathroom, thin walls that could hear noise from upstairs.

The AC was not functional. It was impossible to sleep in the heat. It was horrible. Called the reception who said sorry but that there was nothing to do.

Booked an extra day so we could check in early, only to be told that we would have to wait when we arrived, because there were no rooms available. Even though we paid for an extra night, they decided it would be more profitable to rent our room to another guest. Staff didn’t really seem to care and seemed to think it was our problem.

Hotel had several places to eat inside it, as well as some fantastic breakfast places just across the street. It was also directly next to the tourist info building and bus stop.

The beds are very hard. We woke up sore every morning. They speak a little english, but be ready to google translate your way through any complex questions.

The initially assigned room was smoky! Had to change the room twice. Depsite request, did not get an early check-in even 30-mins earlier! The outdoor swimming pool was closed.
