The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great.

The hotel has a real problem with parking. Parking on the street is not allowed and we had to use a private parking spot recommended to us by the hotel which cost 33 euro for 15 hours. I understand that it’s not the hotel’s fault that parking is so extortionately charged in Bulgaria (in comparison to other things), but it adds up to the room’s cost. Please also note that I wrote to the hotel about parking beforehand and was told that private parking in the city costs less than half of this.

Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from the main strip. Lots of restaurants and shopping immediately on your doorstep. An extra 5 mins from there and you are on the yellow brick road and all the tourist attractions. Our room was excellent, the bed was super comfy. We had a small kitchenette, mini bar, table and chairs. And a fantastic shower - excellent water pressure and toiletries. Breakfast was fab 7:30 - 9:30am, choices for hot and cold meats, fried and scrambled eggs, cucumber and pepper, pastries, cheeses. Fresh juice and cereals too. All hot drinks - coffee and hot chocolate. Something new on offer each day.

Nothing - it suited us perfectly and was fantastic value.

The staff was very nice and helpful - we had to leave early for the plane (5:00 a.m.) and they called a cab for us and also provided us with sandwiches for the breakfast to take with us. We were really impressed with the kitchen utilities - usually one hopes to even get an electric kettle(!), but here there was an electric stove, proper kitchen sink and some pots etc! :) Room was space-y, clean and apart from bed it also had a comfortable sofa. Bed was very comfortable - neither too soft, nor too hard, just right.

The noise. We wanted to keep the window open at night, but it was just too noisy, even with the ear plugs. Some idiots were using the nearby bigger street as their own private racing lane and I think getting off by the sound of their engine revving... Also people passing/staying on the street below being loud were very audible upstairs.

Good location very close to the city center. Big rooms, clean bathroom. Ok breakfast Were able to accommodate us with a baby bed.

The carpet in the rooms could have been more clean. It seems it wasn't washed for a while.
