We liked it very very much. The room was very clean and they also cleaned twice during the stay. We lived on the first floor and had an excellent view of the sea. We really liked the terrace where the view was delightful and very pleasant for relaxation. The location appeared excellent to us, very close to two beautiful beaches. We were happy because we could borrow the beach umbrella from the reception for free. We had a rented car and visited the other beaches as well as the towns on the island, but it is also quite comfortable to access by bus. The lady at the reception was very kind and benevolent and gave us a lot of practical advice that really helped us.

The arrival process was easy, all the staff we spoke to were really friendly and super helpful. The whole site, but in particular the apartment, was spotlessly clean, and was cleaned again during our stay. The rooms were spacious, the bed big and comfortable and overall felt very reasonably priced.The site was also really conveniently placed to the beach, restaurants and bars, with good bus links to Cuitadella. Even on the day of checkout the staff accommodated our luggage and lunch while we waited for our shuttle.

Apartment felt tired, and would have benefitted from a better selection of cutlery, crockery, and glasses etc. The furniture was functional and basic - eg tired plastic patio furniture. It worked well as a base, but not as a place to stay in to relax. The on site restaurant was not open which was a shame, it didn’t appear to have been for quite a while, and looked shabby and tatty.

The staff on reception very helpful and friendly,apartments very clean,good fans and air conditioning.

The sunbeds needed cleaning more often.

We liked that it was close to the beach, about 5 minutes from son xoringuer. Nice supermarket very close. Nice pool, quite peacefull. Public parking easy to find.

From the pictures we expected a private terrace/balcony but unfortunately this was not the case. It was a shared terrace with the neigbours and without view on the pool. This should at least have been included in the pictures. Next to that there was no hairdryer or other equipment available in the appartment, but this could be obtained from the reception for a deposit.

Location is fantastic. Short walk to the marina and beautiful beaches. Also bus stop into Ciutadella. Very relaxing setting, cute apartments with everything you need and a nice pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect!

The hosts at the property were very friendly and the location was perfect. It was less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and the port were all the shops/ restaurants are located. There was a supermarket located within the complex.

We had an amazing time at Las Brisas! The location is amazing, the staff is really helpful and the accommodation has everything you need. I injured myself a few days before arriving there and the staff is being very supportive, giving me an apartment that I could easily reach and also a lift to the bus stop on the last day. I will definitely come back!

The staff were extremely helpful. I had trouble down downloading my Antigen test result, they phoned the clinic and managed to print it off or I would not be at home today! Lovely clean pool with lots of sun beds. Quiet at night. Good shower. Maid bought fresh towels during the week. A good supermarket, with postcards, stamps and post box on site. The accommodation was five mins walk from a lovely beach with a very good, reasonably priced restaurant, Calen Bosch Marina and beach were about a ten min walk, (I'm 75yrs and slow) Area with table, chairs and sunshade outside.

Well, we lost electricity for a short time, faulty kettle, electrician came, they gave us a new kettle and all was fine. There wasn't a dedicated attendant to peel and feed me grapes.

The garden and the pool are beautiful and it never gets crowded. It is very close to the beach.

Make sure you get the room you booked. We arrived late in the afternoon and had to sleep in an apartment which was not as described in our booking: it had no garden and no outside dining area, and the access to it was by crossing our neighbours garden. It did not match the advertisement at all and nor did it match the money paid. However, the next day we talked to the manager and they were very kind and offered us another apartment.

A little more clarity on how to check in and out and more flexible opening hours of the office to ask questions would be good
