Food in main restaurant could have been more high class an varieted. Cleaning totally ok but a lot in the rooms are old and trashy

The staff is friendly and the quality of food is good

Good facility with great variety of pools (not heated). Liked the entertainment program in the evening which changed every day. Rooms are large and were very clean and the food was great which was different every day.

Wifi was only in certain areas - poor in the room or not available. Be aware as a male solo traveler that you won't receive any attention from the waiters even when they are not busy they did not ask for drinks or did not remove the used plates.

This is my favourite hotel ever forever. Room, staff, food, attitude are amazing. It was my 7 times stay. And i will come back again ❣️

There is no any animation activities. One animator passed near us in silence. Kids were with, but kids club was closed, no mini disco fir them in the evening. Would like to mention, that just animation in this hotel are very bad, and start to be more worse then before.

The stuff are amazing, doing their best to please us all the time. Food was amazing and lots of varieties are available in all meals. The entertainment team were AWESOME!

Nice and big room, good quality and variety of food all day long. 3 pools, water slide, pool bar - all very good. Great entertainment team. It's about 10 minutes walk to the beach, 30 minutes taxi ride to the city centre.

the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved however all in all it was not bad. the WIFI internet access in the rooms needs to be improved.

the hotel is located in the nicest area of the promenade (Mamsha) a few steps away from Steigenberger hotels. The hotel is cozy and very relaxing. Rooms are spacious,AC works well and the food is outstanding with a lot of varieties. checkin was quick and staff are polite Mividaspa was outstanding and their staff are very professional. The hotel has 3 pools (one is slighty heated), the second is unheated with a swimup bar and third is a kids pool with some slides

The bed was very uncomfortable. mattresses are very hard and the duvet was smelly although I asked the housekeeper to change it, it still smelled bad. The beach is very small. It’s a small area taken from their other hotel’s beach “Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach”. separated by a rope and has very few sunbeds

The food was brilliant, really tasty. Location was good. Hotel grounds and garden always perfect.

Upon arrival at check in bell boy asked for marriage certificate, we gave him the marriage certificate no problem but he continued to read through all the paper. This was not his job as he didn’t work on reception. Also asking for pcr? Dosnt state this in the website to have negative pcr but lucky we had anyway. House keeping was very lazy, didn’t change the towels, or give tea, sugar, water. Animation was rude except 2 people, ramy & bassam. Others only spoke to ask to go to the disco then other team walk past without even good morning. No place for shows on a night time only chairs in front of reception. Also the hotel charge 70 egp for 2 small waters which is crazy price!

The food variety is very good, stuff was friendly and helpful

The 1st day in my stay one of the pool’s floor was not very clean but later they cleaned it We waited 2 hours for check in after the time that was written in booking.
