Le personnel est super, ( yahia à l accueil répond à toutes vos demandes) Le ménage est nickel ( khalifa un homme courageux et respectueux) L hôtel est grand, beaucoup d activité pour tous les âges. La cuisine est très propre, même si ce n est pas le meilleur goût, vous trouverez de quoi manger. L ensemble du personnel est très gentil.

La plage est mal faites, cailloux, trou… compliqué avec une poussette.

Personnel accueillant à l’écoute et réactif, mention spéciale à Ashraf pour sa patience ses conseils et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Nourriture bonne et variée, établissement top les enfants se sont bien amusés.

La qualité du wifi, et le soufflement de la climatisation un peu fort.

All was very good

The property is very far from the city, better if the hotel provide free shuttles rather then letting subcontractors making money . It is better to work on the food quality rather than quality, there too much of food but the quality wasn’t at the level and hence westing too much food .

This is by far the best experience I have had in Hurghada until today. Everything was amazing, friendliness, cleanliness, and attention to every small detail. I can not thank Mr. Ihab (Reception Assist. Mgr.) enough, as he's really taking hospitality to a whole new level that I have not seen before in Egypt, and his team is definitely following his footsteps. Also, the food was amazing during the whole stay, and I have to thank Chef Shaaban and his wonderful crew for this delightful and delicious experience, which was also the best I have seen. We've enjoyed the aqua, and the crew over there was very nice and caring. The animation team made a great effort to keep everyone in a good mood all day. I will definitely be back.

The only thing I can think of is that we've missed having a sandy beach, but It didn't stop us from enjoying every minute of our stay.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud Mahjoub, Imad and Ziad at the reception. They made every effort to make my stay the best. We really enjoyed it. The water games are wonderful and suitable for the family.

Although there is always a means of transportation available to the beach, the beach is not paved enough, the location of the hotel is far from Hurghada, and drivers take advantage of the situation negatively.
