Nicht sehr freundlicher Portier. Hat sich wohl etwas gelangweilt.

The room was amazing , we loved the old floorboards and all the beams . The shower was amazing and the breakfast was great . The staff went out of their way to help .

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel situé à 2 pas du centre de Heidelberg et à 15 minutes de marche de la gare principale. Le bâtiment est ancien et plein de charme. La chambre (35) était spacieuse et propre, la déco un peu vieillotte, le lit confortable, la salle de bains correcte. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était varié et copieux. Le personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner était souriant et aimable et toujours prêt à nous aider et à répondre à nos questions. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, la chambre était au troisième étage..... Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

Great location, nice interior design, very clean and quiet and great breakfast

A hair dryer in the room would be nice and maybe tea/coffee making facilities. Cappuccino/latte and granola was the only thing I missed at breakfast.

This is lovely independent hotel, with large comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, helpful staff and a brilliant location.
