Gracious staff, beautiful pool area, spacious room and lovely views

Fairly close to the old town, but not the safest walk at night. A shuttle bus would be incredibly helpful. It was a very windy area, maybe just especially so while we were visiting.

the property itself was really stylish & modern. The furnishings and pool area were very modern.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the 6 flights of stairs we had to travel up to get to our room. To be fair I may of over looked this when I booked our room, as we wanted a room with a scenic view.

This was a lovely hotel with rooms that are larger than most I’ve seen in Greece. Comfy beds, helpful staff, and gorgeous pool with plenty of sun beds and a poolside bar. Nice to order lunch at the poolside restaurant (order the watermelon salad)!

Breakfast was a little underwhelming - although served until 10:30 am, I’d you arrive after 10 am there pickings are slim. Lots of stairs! (No elevator) Stairs up from lower parking lot, too.

Breathtaking views of Aegean, Windmills and pool. Very close to town, around 10mins walk., Reception and Breakfast services were excellent . I will definitely book this hotel again

Comfortable and well run. Competent, friendly and helpful staff. Well located with gym and pool.

A reasonable distance to town but a difficult walk on a busy road with no pavements.

The balcony furnitures and that the closing of the balcony was essential to turn on the air-conditioning

The balcony and view were perfect. My friend and I loved the reclining lounge chairs by the pool and the chairs in the pool. The drinks and food were tasty.

I felt that the drinks were overpriced. Also, our shower head was kind of broken so the shower experience wasn't amazing.

Very clean, great views, plenty of open spaces to lay out in the sun at the pool. The manager-Desty-was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Place is beautiful, the view from balcony and pool is exceptional Pool area with comfortable beds to lounge and restaurant good and affordable. Breakfast is great with lots of choice 10min walk to the town Center Despina the manager and her staff are just wonderful and so helpful from taxi call to restaurant recommendation, reservation. Will definitely be back to the Grand beach (Prestige) Mykonos

Very difficult walk into Mykonos town as road very narrow and no footpaths. Transfers very expensive

The room we had was spacious, as expected for the price.

The hotel is close-ish to town, but far enough away to require a taxi or drive, so not that convenient. Room was meant to have a sea view but you had to walk outside to see it (rooms actually just looks across the valley at other properties). Our room had its own pool but lacked privacy as other guests regularly walked past looking in. Pool area and bar were just a bit basic and sterile. Played radio music, kinda odd. Did not feel like good value for money.

This island is a little nuts! But also.. very beautiful. The hotel isn’t in a bad spot, but you do have to walk along the busy main road to get in and out of town (which is also where the buses are that take you everywhere). There’s no footpath. I was totally fine with that, but others may not be (esp if you have kids etc). My exact room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived early so they immediately gave me another, which also had a beautiful view. The pool has good music is also a lovely spot to hang out.

The porter couldn’t find my hotel room and broke a handle off my suitcase in the process. It started falling down the stairs towards me. There was no apology. Now I have another 7 weeks of solo travel around Europe with a busted suitcase. I appreciated his effort, but he wasn’t carrying it correctly. Also, half the reason I booked this hotel was because it has a gym. But it doesn’t open until 12.30pm and not only am I a morning gym person.. but I don’t know many people who want to exercise after midday when they’re holidaying on a party island!

Desti the manageress was extremely professional and very helpful. Every request was satisfied quickly and with a smile- fabulous place. A special mention to Dimitris who was very helpful and always happy.

Place and staff were amazing. Kristianna was always very helpful.

close to Mykonos town

Room is great, but the washroom is not good, there is no shower, only a small tub where you can barely fit.

Breakfast was diverse and good quality. View from the bedroom and pool was splendide! Service also great!
