The house was in a perfect location. Very comfortable. Large rooms.
All good for us. Lot of stairs, not good for people with movement problems.

预定的3人间空间很舒服。
停车可以18:30-8:30之间免费停门口，位置 不多但是我们晚上回来还是看到有空位的。另外一个附近的免费停车场是：沿着门口小路向上走（有坡道是向上的，反之向下走是去商场的路），路口左转十几米的右手边就是一个全天免费的小停车场，看到很多当地人也是直接开过来停一下。
早餐在地下一层，有不同品种的面包和麦片，烤面包机，牛奶，新鲜果汁，很好吃的浓浓的酸奶，新鲜水果，够吃也很美味。
同行人因为受伤需要去医院看病和去药店买药，老板贴心告知去哪个医院够大够正宗，一般他们自己吃什么药，非常nice。

Struttura in splendida posizione. all'interno delle mura della città storica, permette di girare la città in tutta comodità. Si tratta di un classico B&B con il titolare presente durante la colazione per servisti quanto desiderato. Non è un Hotel e i servizi sono quelli del B&B. camera leggermente piccola ed essenziale. sicuramente pulita.
La dotazione per bevande in camera (bollitore, tisane, thé....) era minima. Il bollitore non pulitissimo....

Great location, easy to get around Derry. Lovely room. Kieran was a good host and funny. Nice continental breakfast.

Great, central location. Very friendly owner with excellent communication in the lead-up to the stay. I also enjoy the breakfast selection – as someone who finds cooked breakfasts too heavy it was great to have a more continental breakfast!
The room was very small, but was totally fine for one person. There was also a derelict property next door that I could see just outside my window with lots of broken glass. Obviously, this is outside the owner's control, but looked like it could be a danger and hopefully can be dealt with by the council or something.

Kiran is such an amazing host. Friendly and welcoming. The facilities are veey close to town, so everything is close.

Room was comfy and had what we needed in it. The location was perfect, so close to thr city centre.
Family room is on the fifth floor, makes it harder when you have children and luggage with you. I am not sure anything can be done about that.

When I arrived I was offered a cuppa and Kieran was really friendly and helpful. He asked what I was visiting for and advised what things to see and places to eat, etc.
I will be back again, it was a brilliant place to stay and city to visit.

Nice little room, very cosy, great location. The host was super nice and had great chat! Continental breakfast was simple but lovely, just what we needed before heading out for the day. Great value for money!
Could hear the people above us from early in the morning, but not much can be done about that! Was really quiet at night time though. That’s just being picky!

Guest house was in a good location. It was clean and warm.
Not suitable for slightly disabled. Steps to front door were a nightmare. Asked for a room on the ground floor. Put in room #1 up a flight of stairs. Room was tiny, had no where to even put my clothes or suitcase.
Met owner first day and he never showed me round.
No hot breakfast and that room was down a flight of stairs to the basement so never made it.
Reception locked when owner wasn't there which was most of the day.

The location is close to everything in the city centre. The room was nice and warm (temperature control inside the room) which I appreciated since I stayed during the ice and frost of December.

This was the best accomodation we experienced during our stay in Ireland. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. Furthermore, we had a challenging situation come up and the host went out of his way and above and beyond to help us sort it out. He treated us as a friend, and we now think of him as the same. Superb experience.
